Renu Tile & Grout Restoration

Renu Tile & Grout Restoration operates as a tile contractor out of Midland, Texas. Gabriel runs the company and handles tile and grout cleaning along with restoration work. Their services cover natural stone sealing, repairs, dust control, thinset removal, expert tile installation, shower restoration, bathtub refinishing with epoxy treatments, and partial or full bathroom remodels. They serve Midland, Odessa, and the surrounding areas.

Homeowners call them for showers that have moldy or broken grout after decades of use. Gabriel and his crew including Hector have cleaned and regrouted walk-in showers, restored floors in homes over 50 years old, fixed damaged grout on counters and tubs, applied fresh seals, and changed bathtub colors from mint green to off-white. In one case they replaced a cracked towel rack during maintenance on a 40-year-old bath. Jobs often finish with the surfaces looking new again and include follow-up advice on care.

Gabriel and the team show up on time or a few minutes early, keep customers updated during the work, and finish faster than expected in many cases. They move furniture carefully, clean up completely with no leftover mess, and sometimes adjust the original price downward. Estimates come with a promise that payment is not required if the customer is not satisfied. Service runs during standard hours and covers both quick cleanings and multi-day restorations across the local area.

Reviews total over twenty with most giving five stars for the quality of cleaning, sealing, and repairs along with the crews professional manner and communication. One review notes an epoxy seal on new grout failed within a year and states the company did not respond to requests about a claimed five-year warranty. Recurring comments focus on fast turnaround, fair pricing, and visible improvements on old tile and grout.

“Gabe did an amazing job cleaning the tile in our walk-in shower and applying new grout where mold had grown. The shower now likes like brand new and its over 25 years old. Gabe really wants to make sure his customers are 100% satisfied. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Re-Nu Tile and Grout Restoration!”

“Gabriel and his team were fantastic! They did the work as discussed and exceeded our expectations. The floors look new again. Gabriel was very professional and was very nice to my family while the work was being done. Not only did they take great care of the floors, they made sure the furniture that was moved was taken care of without harm. Highly recommend!”

“Gabriel and his crew showed up a few minutes “ early “ I/we were happy for that. They did their job and while doing kept us up to date with their progress and even asked us to check it out during the job. They finished sooner than I expected and did a fabulous job on our master walk in shower. Gabriel even gave us a break on our original price , who does that ? Well needless to say we will be having them coming back to do our two other bathrooms shower/tub in a few months.”

“After buying an older house previously owned by an elderly couple, I was sure the only way I’d ever enjoy my bathroom would be a full remodel. I’ve worked with Gabriel before on a demo and tile installation job at my previous home and already knew how professional and courteous he is, but this exceeded my expectations at a fair price for the work done. The photos speak for themselves—it doesn’t even feel like the same shower!”

“Gabriel hasn't responded to my texts or emails, so I decided to post here. Gabriel and his team did an epoxy seal on our brand new shower grout less than a year ago. As pictured, it's already coming up and the shower looks worse than how it started. Gabriel claims to have a 5 year warranty, but doesn't seem interested in honoring it.”

“Re-Nu Tile did an amazing on two on my bathrooms. They regrouped both and put in a new shower floor, they also updated my bathtub with an epoxy treatment to change the color from a ugly mint green to a beautiful off white. These guys are professional, punctual and they believe in Integrity.”

“A friend recommended Renu to me and I am so glad she did. Gabriel, Hector and Junior were great! They explained everything and made sure I understood all of the services I was getting. My old and grimy shower looks very close to brand new. The grout that had broken over the years is fixed in the shower, bathtub tile and countertop. The caulking was replaced, and, best of all, the grout in the tile floors has been refreshed to its original color. I highly recommend Renu Tile & Grout Restoration!”
