“I had JD do my bathroom about a month ago they did really good work. I removed my bathtub and had a walk-in shower with seat put in. I didn't want glass so they built me a pony wall for my shower curtain could fit through . And I couldn't have a vanity bought from the store because odd measurements so JD had carpenter build me one how I wanted it. I couldn't afford granite so we had the formica one made. It looks great and you would think it was stone. JD and Omar did a fantastic job oh and also replaced the other bathrooms vanity same situation weird measurements. Old house 😆. I would definitely recommend useing JD for any of your remodeling he works with you . And I admit I can be a pain in the butt 😜.”

“Going through JD Bohannon was a great experience! I was able to get a quote the same day I called, at a time that worked best for me. When Mr. John arrived, he was on schedule. He took the time to scope all our concerns with our home and took the time to listen at all ideas and possible projects. He was very knowledgeable and honest with his feedback and mentioned with the budget we were working with and all the work we wanted to do for the area we live in we may not recoup that money back if we ever sell the house but if we wanted to, we could move forward and they could put us in their books but it may just be better for us to relocate and get something that would accommodate our family size. Also, I was very grateful to have him fix a door that wouldn’t lock, and he took care of it right on the spot! John was very courteous and completed the work for the agreed upon price and on time. “My husband and I picked JD Bohannon due to his great google reviews. Initially things were fabulous as he was able to come out and look at our projects to give us an estimate. He arrived timely and was friendly and knowledgeable! He told us that he would have our estimate ready in a 'few days'. We waited a week after not hearing from him to reach out to him to see if we could get the estimate. At that time he told us he would have the estimate ready for us by the end of the next day. We waited an additional 3 more days before we reached out to him again; he apologized said he is super busy and would get us the estimate as soon as he could. Meanwhile it has now been 2 weeks since we met with him and have yet to get an estimate from him. We are disappointed in the customer service as we are eager to set a date to get our house remodeled! We know our area keeps contractors busy but it is not an excuse for poor customer service and just honesty and realism. If it is going to take several weeks to get an estimate proposal don't say it is going to take a few days and keep stream lining us along waiting our time.”
