Jetty Carpet Cleaning

Jetty Carpet Cleaning operates out of Pearland, Texas and focuses on carpet cleaning along with stretching and stain treatment. Reviewers describe jobs that include removing food and drink spills, pet hair, odors, and deep set stains. Technicians such as Kim, Chris, Stephen, DeVon, Andrew, and Nick handle the work on site. They use enzyme solutions for pet issues and take extra passes on tough spots when needed. The company also cleans rugs and chairs in the same visits.

Customers report calling for help with stained rooms in family homes and getting the carpets stretched and cleaned in one trip. One case involved a stain that returned after drying, so the crew sent a technician back the next day at no added cost to finish the job. Others note that crews test carpets first, move small furniture, and explain the process ahead of time so the homeowner knows what products will be used. Several mention honest advice when cleaning would not fix the underlying problem.

Work happens on short notice, with some jobs booked the day after the call and others handled on weekends after a quick reply. Reviewers say the crews arrive on time, stay in touch during the job, and finish without leaving a mess. Pricing comes across as competitive, and the results hold up after drying. Service covers local homes in the area with crews that keep homeowners updated on progress and products.

The company holds a Google rating of 4.9 from 241 reviews, and most comments highlight clean results, professional crews, and repeat business. Common notes include fast drying times in most cases, good communication, and solid value for the price. DIRT Score 4.8 from 241 reviews on Finds.

“The carpet looks great! Stephen was very nice and he was very informative. He was quick and even did my rug!”

“Great experience! Kim is knowledgeable about what needed to be done in stretching the carpet and then getting it cleaned up”

“I needed the carpet cleaned in my mother and aunts house. My mother had several stains on her carpet from spilled food and drink and my aunt had a ton of dog hair and odor from the dog. The first time through, my aunts rooms came out perfect and smelled and looked wonderful. My mom’s room was also okay but as it dried we noticed a stain popping back up. I sent an email to ask about it and if there was anything they could do about it. Jetty responded immediately and sent their tech Chris back out to redo the stain, no extra charge. It came out the second time, and we were very satisfied.”

“Kim and his partner did an amazing job of cleaning our carpets. They were able to get out deep stains. The wash solution with enzymes did a great job. I would definitely use them again and I recommend them highly. Paula.”

“Very honest company. I almost wasted money cleaning trash carpet that really needs to be ripped out. He was very honest and up front with me. I will 100% use their services in the future because I feel like I can trust them to have my best interest and not waste my money.”

“The service was good - the person who came helped move smaller furniture and was very accommodating. But not sure if the truck mount carpet cleaning system is in good condition. I have used similar service for my home and often it’s completely dry.in 4 hours max. But it’s been wet for more than 8 hours!”

“I had a wonderful experience with Jetty Carpet Cleaning thanks to Andrew. He was punctual, highly knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. He truly went above and beyond to address my specific needs. Knowing I have a senior dog, he took the initiative to add an extra chemical deterrent to the cleaning process, which was a huge relief and a thoughtful touch! The results are amazing, the stains are gone, and the entire room feels fresh. If you want exceptional service, I highly recommend Jetty Carpet Cleaning. Look forward in doing business again, next time might be my entire house!”
