Z&M Modern Renovations

Z&M Modern Renovations handles tile work along with home and business remodels from their base in Pearland, Texas. Zeke runs the crew and they take on bathroom updates, kitchen changes, flooring installs, drywall repairs, deck builds, and smaller fixes like sheetrock patches. The outfit works on both houses and commercial spots with over twenty years behind them, covering projects that range from quick repairs to bigger additions.

Reviewers describe bathroom remodels that turned dated spaces into clean modern rooms with solid tile and finishes that hold up. Kitchen jobs came out bright and functional after full overhauls. Flooring went in after water issues and looked sharp once complete. Drywall repairs blended so well that owners could not spot where the work started. Zeke handled faucet swaps fast and answered questions on the spot during those visits. Other jobs covered full home fixes that left places ready to sell or live in again.

The crew shows up when they say they will, sticks to the schedule owners set, and keeps the work area wiped down so nothing gets left behind. They listen during the job and adjust as needed without extra charges popping up. Service reaches Pearland plus Houston, Pasadena, Galveston, Brazoria County, Webster, Surfside, and The Woodlands. Pricing comes across fair based on what homeowners report after the work finishes.

All feedback rates the company at five stars across more than a dozen reviews. Common points include the quality of the tile and other finishes, how Zeke and the team stay on schedule, and the way they clean up at the end of each day. Attention to detail and straightforward communication show up in nearly every account.

“I found this company by the good reviews, and I had new flooring installed and extensive dry wall repairs made by them and wow! The man that handled my repairs was incredible. He was very friendly and was very prompt with the estimate and repairs. But most importantly I could not have been more impressed with the quality of work. Not only that, when him and his crew left you couldn't tell they had even been there they had wiped everything down put everything back dusted everything the cleanliness was first class and I can't thank them enough. If you're planning on having any type of home renovations done I can't tell you how much I highly recommend this company. Thanks again man, we will hit you up definitely for any other work that needs to be done!”

“We called them up because we had some faucets that needed to be replaced in our restrooms. They came out on time (and worked with our schedule) & worked very quickly. Zeke is very skilled and knows exactly what he is doing. Plus he doesn't mind taking the time to answer any questions you may have so you can get a better understanding of what's going on or what needs to be done. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to get home improvements done are just simple repairs on their house.”

“I can’t say enough about how amazing Zeke and his team are. After moving out of town, I leased my house for a few years, and it was unfortunately left with significant repairs needing to be done before it could be listed for sale. Zeke was super accommodating and understanding of my situation, and we did a thorough walkthrough to assess everything that needed attention. Living hours away, I had no hesitation with Zeke and his crew having full access to the property and I trusted his judgement enough to give him free reign to fix anything they came across that needed attention. To say they exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. They went above and beyond, and did absolutely amazing work, while understanding the budget I had to work within. I was given plenty of updates as the work was being done, with pictures showing progress and completion. Having someone you can trust to do a job with a broad scope of areas to be addressed, while you are hours away is a Godsend. The end result was impeccable, and the overall experience was fantastic. Thank you, Zeke, for the amazing work you do. You are an upstanding individual and the top choice for construction projects big and sm”

“I appreciate z&m for renovating my house fixing my floors and my kitchen cabinets & very nice people good service and good prices. you should definitely let them renovate your house they have amazing service!”

“Just want to say this family is amazing!! We got our flooring done a cpl years ago due to the freeze during covid. We over paid for what looked “ok” at first from our first “let’s just get it done” and it unraveled fast. We had another water problem happen in the house and had to rip everything out and start over. I was nervous about doing it again as it was very stressful having my house torn apart again. This family, this flooring company is absolutely amazing!! My house looks beautiful!! My flooring is beautiful! I needed walls shifted and concrete done correctly and they did everything I asked and then some… I was stressed about having to dust and clean after work but I came home from work when they finished and everything was put back together and cleaned and dusted and I was in awwww. Sense of relief and normalcy ❤️❤️❤️ 10+ ⭐️!! I will definitely be using them for future endeavors… “Thanks for bringing our home back to life!” ~TheKacals-”
