Hillman Flooring & Tiling

Hillman Flooring & Tiling takes on tile and hard surface flooring jobs around Porter, Texas. Alex Hillman leads the crew and covers tiling along with trim carpentry. They operate without a storefront and instead travel to homes in the Kingwood, Porter, and nearby areas for free on-site consultations. Each visit ends with a written itemized quote limited to labor, plus a materials list that points customers to a local vendor. The crew handles pickup and delivery of those materials at no extra charge.

Homeowners call on Alex for bathroom and laundry room tile floors, full carpet removal and vinyl installs in bedrooms plus offices, engineered hardwood across three bedrooms and halls, and repeat tile work in other spaces. The jobs include complete demo and cleanup, and the results leave rooms with level finished surfaces and no debris behind. Alex stays in touch during each step, answers questions the same day, and keeps the process moving without added delays for the customer.

The crew answers calls even outside regular hours and shows up the next day to measure and quote. Installations often wrap the following day or within the stated window, and the final price stays in line with what was discussed upfront. Service stays limited to the Kingwood and Porter zone, with the same focus on clear communication and leaving the site ready to use.

Feedback shows five-star marks across the reviews received, with repeated notes on Alex finishing on schedule, keeping prices competitive, and delivering clean results on flooring replacements. The same points surface about quick replies and solid work quality on both tile and hardwood projects.

“Alex was extremely professional and did an amazing job on our bathroom and laundry room floor. He guided us through the entire process and made the install very easy on us. He was quick to respond to any questions and completed the job on time. Definitely recommend for all your flooring needs!”

“We called Hillman Flooring & Tiling to replace our carpet with vinyl flooring in one of our bedrooms and our office. We reached out to Alex after-hours, and he still responded promptly and courteously that same evening. He came out to our home the following afternoon on Thursday and gave us a very reasonable quote for the complete demo, clean-up, and installation for both rooms. Alex even gave us a great contact from whom we purchased our flooring, which was also very reasonably priced with a very quick turnaround. Alex and his crew scheduled us for installation the next day and completed all work by Saturday afternoon, leaving us with beautiful flooring and no mess to clean up whatsoever. We've had visitors in the house since, and everyone has gushed over the stunning work. We are so incredibly happy with Hillman Flooring & Tiling and highly recommend them! We will definitely be using them in the future.”
