“Bellus Flooring did a great job with my new flooring. John went above and beyond when we had our floors done in increment timing. We waited many months in between flooring projects. When it came time to complete the last phase of the project, we were no longer able to get 7" LVT so that created a huge problem. John was able to find some 7" LVT then said he could transition 7" with 9" into a back bedroom with no noticeable effect. He then had to pull up some of the 7" to replace it will 9" which he did at no extra charge. It worked out beautifully and I am very pleased.”

“Bellus installed tile flooring in rooms previously carpeted to match current tile throughout the living area. John came out to match the mortar I currently had. Once tile was installed, it was clear that the mortar did not match the current color. Instead of stopping the process, he told me how I could buy dye to stain the new mortar to match the old. Then, when I asked him to return to discuss another project, I told him how I had tiles that were installed broken. He proceeded to gaslight me and asked “if I had partied too hard.” The broken tiles were never addressed or replaced. I would not recommend due to lack of taking responsibility and follow up.”

“I had a mixed experience with Bellus Flooring. They were friendly and helpful during the quote and installation process. However, there were a few issues with the installation that needed attention. Despite multiple follow-ups, I never received a response to get those issues resolved, which was disappointing.”

“Beware or poor craftsmanship/ installation. We paid over $7,000 for new unpstairs flooring 3 years ago (3 small bedrooms, a small hallway, and the stairs). The stairs are now falling apart so i called them to come take a look and see if we could get it fixed. They came by and told me they were installed incorrectly (by THEM) because they placed a wood spacer on the riser causing the nose of stairs to hang off, and have no support under them…. No Surprise many of the stair noses are cracking and one even fell off. THey quoted me over $1900 to fix the problem. Because all the stair flooring needs to be completly redone. 🤷‍♀️ Would be happy to update my review if they reach out to make it right. But this is wrong and i feel ripped off.”
