Quality Floors & More runs a flooring store and installation service out of San Marcos, Texas. Brandon owns the family business that has operated for over 35 years. They stock tile, hardwood, carpet, vinyl plank and stone in a showroom with thousands of samples and handle full projects from selection through professional installation. The shop covers San Marcos, Canyon Lake, New Braunfels, Wimberley, Kyle, Buda and the rest of Hays County. Hours run Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm.

“I was looking forward in getting new flooring for my house, but unfortunately the quality of the installation wasn't the best. My 8 year old grandson could've done a much better job. I clearly said, "I don't care if they take 3 or 4 days, I wanted done right" First the installers didn't level the floors properly because they were rushing to finish the job in one day. The cuts look horrible, they didn't use spacers at all, the LVP flooring is so close to the walls, but on the opposite sides, there are huge gaps, I will have to use 3/4 inch baseboards to cover the huge gaps they left, also because the planks on the opposite site are so close to the wall, the flooring might start buckling and warping in a year or so. They did such a horrible job leveling the floors that you can feel it walking around the dining room, hallway and bedrooms. I spent $19,500.00 thinking that Quality Floors & More would do a good job, but was I wrong. I even regret buying the installers tacos and cokes.”

“Approximately 3 weeks ago, my husband spoke to Ray Martinez about our Karndean floors that we had installed in 2016 by Quality Floors & More. An unopened vegetable can fell on our floor & caused damage to just one 4ft. Karndean strip. Ray said he would get back with my husband the next day. He never called, so after 3 days, my husband called Ray again & Ray said he would check into it & give us a quote. It has now been 3 weeks & still no word from Ray once again. It's obvious they don't want our business, so we will go elsewhere. Ray is very irresponsible!!”

“We recently used Quality Floors and More to replace the worn builder grade carpet in our bedrooms and flex room with engineered wood. We needed it to match the wood already in our living, dining, and study areas. Troy, who manages and closely oversees the flooring installation, helped us pick wood from a supplier that looked nearly identical to what we already had. He came and measured our rooms and advised us we they would use skim coat concrete in the rooms to level the surfaces and to make the new wood planks level with the existing flooring.
