Vantage Solutions LLC

Vantage Solutions LLC takes on tile jobs around Schertz, TX. John runs the outfit and handles installations such as wood-look flooring, natural stone showers, bathroom floors, and kitchen backsplashes. Reviewers note he steps in after other bids come in and gets chosen for his track record with those surfaces. The company stays focused on residential tile work without branching into unrelated trades.

Homeowners describe John showing up to lay wood-look tile throughout living areas and fitting natural stone in showers so the surfaces sit flat and line up clean. One customer had him redo a bathroom floor after getting four different prices and picked him for coming in lowest while still finishing the whole room the same day. Another had him build a kitchen backsplash that fit tight against the counters without gaps. Repeat customers call him back for repairs and upgrades because the tile stays put and looks straight after the first round.

John keeps folks posted as work moves along and sticks to the hours needed instead of cutting corners to leave early. He lays out costs before starting and shows up when he says he will, then stays until the last piece is set. Reviewers mention he answers calls quickly, works at a steady pace, and leaves the site ready for daily use without extra cleanup needed later. All of this happens inside the Schertz area with no mention of travel outside that zone.

The reviews highlight solid results on detail work and steady communication across multiple jobs, though the overall DIRT Score sits at 2.8 from 4 reviews on Finds.
