“Tried to hire this tile service. Spoke to Rudy and he said he would be out at 4:00pm. He never showed up, never called, never returned my text messages and never responded to my voicemails. I had a friend call him and he called her right back. She asked him if he was going to come out or not and he said he would call back the next day to set up a time. He NEVER called back. HORRIBLE service.”
