“Floor 'n More did a fabulous job completely gutting master bath, along with partial reconstruction of 2 other baths. The owner, Griffin, gave some great suggestions, and every specialized crew that was at the house were all experts. They replaced floors, completely redid and replaced shower including moving plumbing, did fantastic work on the Quartzite countertops, and removed dated wallpaper and replaced with textured and painted walls. They did everything on the contract in the exact amount of time that was quoted. They had a project manager on site everyday giving me updates on what will be done, and confirming the schedule for the following day. I highly recommend this company for any of your remodeling needs!”

“Quality work, Griffin advised me on the best choice for the dollar with what we needed for our intended traffic and usage, carpet material, quality padding for moisture etc. From choosing the carpet to the instal, they had the work completed and it looks fantastic. The crew cleaned up really well and preserved my baseboards miraculously when there is no guarantee with paintwork etc. From choosing materials to install they had it done fast and quality work. I even had to rearrange the schedule and they were very accommodating given I had clear all the furniture to help keep disruption to a minimum. Ill be using them again when the day comes.”

“First, of all, I would like to thank the "Floor and More " team especially Ulises to help us get to the floor that we wanted. Before coming to the shop we have been shopping around for almost a year and a half and were not able to come to a decision. I like how Ulises G explained to us the differences between all the floors and help us navigate to make a decision that was perfect for us. The whole process was easy as Ulises come home took and measurement and next day emailed us the cost details. We went back and front several times and he was always patient and flexible. And finally got us a good deal. After signing the paper, the contractor (Israel) come to install the floors to our house at an exact given time. They were very humble and professional and took care of our belonging. It was not as dusty or noisily as we expected. I would work upstairs while work was done on the ground floor. However , there are few things Floor and More could have done to improve the overall quality of their service. One issue that we have noticed is the junction between the new and old floor is very steep and my son has tripped twice on it. The contractor has promised to come and give a look. Hope ”

“Avoid at all costs, they did not honor warranty or resolve installation issue and have ghosted us entirely. We had carpet and flooring installed throughout our entire home late last year. There were many quality issues (poor cuts on hardwood leaving gaps, broken tile from removal of previous flooring, nails sticking out of carpet, baseboards missing). I brought this to the attention of the new owner, Griffin, several times, and he assured me he would be out to evaluate and honor the warranty. He has been ignoring all of my attempts at communication since then. We are having to hire another company to fix the issues and will have to take this to small claims court.”

“I would not recommend working with Erika. My wife visited the store on June 25 to get a carpet quote, but Erika never provided one, saying she was on vacation. I then visited the store on July 17 and again requested a quote. This time, I was told she had left early for the day but promised we would receive a quote the following day. We even provided measurements for every room. Despite multiple follow-up attempts, we never received a quote. I can’t speak for the rest of the store, but our experience with Erika’s customer service was very disappointing. We ultimately took our remodeling project elsewhere.”

“Shockingly poor installation. The installer laid stained carpet that had multiple defects in it and covered a large spot up by putting one corner in a closet. We did eventually get our money back but not without a heated argument with the store manager about ethical principles and having integrity. Also the manager would not give us our money back until he received reimbursement from Shaw (the carpet manufacturer) first. Very disappointed in this business and the principles by which they run it. We will not do business with them in the future.”

“We had engineered wood flooring installed a few weeks ago. I am one who does a lot of research before making most purchases, but especially costly purchases. I talked to several flooring companies including one who had installed our original flooring that we were attempting to match. Mike provided good guidance and while finding an exact match was impossible, we found a really close option. Rony and his crew did a great job - hard working guys. I had one issue with a transition piece between the older, existing flooring and the new wood. Mike discussed a couple of options with me and we agreed on a solution and Rony came back out and it looks great now. I am so glad we finally got the remaining carpet replaced. What I appreciated about Mike and his pricing is that he doesn't nickle and dime you with everything. When he gives you his price per sf, he has already figured in all his material costs, and he is very reasonable. Highly recommend.”

“We experienced a water leak right before Christmas making it necessary to replace 1700 sq ft of hardwoods and 600+ sq ft of carpet. After shopping around, I chose to go with Floor N More. Tony and his team provided excellent service and a lovely product at a good price! I appreciated his great communication and his ability to refer me to others that assisted in rebuilding a cabinet and repairing granite backsplash that was damaged during mitigation. “My experience with Floor N More was extremely unsatisfactory. I first hired them to install wood floors on the stairs and the upstairs and to closely match the stain of the existing downstairs floor. The downstairs floor is engineered wood, so an exact match was not expected; however, not only did they pick a stain without my approval, but the stain was not even close to a decent match. I was not given options to pick from. I reached out to the owner to address the issue. After much back and forth, no resolution was reached. The lack of professionalism on his part led to me no longer trusting him or his company. After analyzing the floor installation I noticed it was not performed to specification, which led to hiring a professional licensed, and certified flooring inspector. The inspector concluded that Floor N More's wood floor installation methods were out of specification, the quality of materials used was inferior, and the prep work was unprofessional. Among many of the issues observed, it was also noted that the stain was not applied appropriately, and there was no preparation for the subfloor after they removed the carpet resulting in the wood floor being out of level throug”

“We had a wonderful experience with Floor N More. They were very helpful in efficiently measuring for our carpet. They installed the carpet as soon as it came in - a day earlier than scheduled. The owner helped us donate a piano to a local school by having his furniture movers bring it from our living room, where the carpet was being installed, to the school. I found this business to be very interested in earning our business as well as wanting to invest in the local community.”

“We have used Floor N More Southlake three times now over the last 15 years; for engineered wood floors, slate for our outside patio and most recently hardwood floors throughout most of our downstairs. We interviewed multiple companies and had multiple bids for the hardwood floors project. We found them to be extremely price competitive but more importantly hardwoods really seemed to be an area of specialization with a dedicated install team (as hard is it to believe one national vendor had contract salespeople and contract installers). The work was well done and any pending items readily addressed. The other positive was do not feel like we were nickel and dimed, which was done by a major home improvement chain on some toilet installs earlier this year (again where the install work was subcontracted). We would readily recommend Floor N More Southlake and will use them again. TR”

“This company is very unprofessional from the owner down to the salesman. I paid this company upfront $9450 to install floors back in my house after a pipe burst.I had footage measurements from three different companies and they claim I was still short 200 feet after I initially had them order overage. This was a lie they was trying to get an additional 1k to finish my floors. Not only that the crew they sent to my house was 16 years old doing the week,why was this kids not in school, then they left trash in my yard over the weekend. I never received a receipt from them. This is the worst company I have every dealt with and regret spending my money with them.”

“If you need flooring work you 100% need to go talk to Elise's Gonzalez and the team over at Floor N More in Southlake. My husband and I bought a new place and wanted to redo the floors, but didn't know where to start. We ended up getting several quotes, talking to different contractors, and visiting so many different tile stores but Floor N More was definitely the best. The team was helpful laid out our options and even worked several different times to get in new samples so we could get the flooring we really wanted. They were able to order and get the flooring we wanted within a week and had our old floors removed the same week we closed our our house. The install on our 1200+ square feet took about four days and even in these busy times they were able to get us on the schedule quickly. The floors look amazing and we are so happy! :) Thank you Southlake team you guys are awesome! :) We will definitely come back when we have more projects!”
