“I want to give equal recognition to Ramon, Trey, and Dean. All three were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Ramon and Trey handled the carpet cleaning with care and professionalism, while Dean worked through the scheduling and communication issues to help get the service completed. I appreciate each of them and want to make sure they receive the recognition they deserve. Unfortunately, I cannot give the company a five-star rating based on the overall experience. I waited more than a month to have areas that were originally missed cleaned, while continuing to deal with the smell of vomit in the room. Although the company made an initial attempt to address the problem, I did not feel the issue received the attention it needed until my carpet was returned. The carpet was brand new before this incident, and after Ramon and Trey left, I was discouraged to discover that some of the areas requiring spot treatment had not been properly treated. “Jacob and Alexander came out just a few hours after I called which was very impressive. I was not home but my wife was and Jacob made sure to call me to go over pricing and the details. The carpets and rugs were cleaned with no issues and left the house smelling brand new. Highly recommend this company especially with same day service. When I arrived home they were finishing and Alexander even showed me around the van as they were putting the tools back. Very structured process and it was all around a great experience. “First, I want to give Steam Masters kudos for their excellent customer service! Called on Monday and was fit into the schedule on Tuesday. Pricing was comparable with industry standards. My technicians Salvador and Fernando were professional, experienced as well as expedient. Have tips to “help” keep the carpet clean longer without making me feel bad about my current “cleaning process” 😊. Also, briefed the process prior to the cleaning as well as what was going to happen in the next 24 hrs. Would highly recommend!”

“Izzac and Chris cleaned my couch they were amazing and very informative. They cleaned my couch throughly and it smells great. Update: So Idk how long it suppose to stay clean but the dog smell came back after 3-4 weeks. Aw that sucks I thought this woukd really work smh. Izzac and Chris are still great workers now I'm just wondering can I get my couch cleaned again for free or at a really low price.... also what happened to my pictures I posted after the cleaning?”

“Gabriel and Michael showed up on time, explained the process and was able to do the job the same day. I had an issue with cat smell from the previous owner and the team did an awesome job of eliminate the smell. They also steam cleaned the floors which had a film of dirt and grime. Spent so much time making sure to get each area of the floor clean and even ask me along the way if I needed anymore cleaning in specific areas. I do believe they did an exceptional job. Now the cleaning was pricy and as a customer/ consumer, I prefer a price list before hand. This was not provided by Steam Master management. That is the one thing I would have liked to have beforehand. Gabriel and Michael represented the company in a professional manner.”
