“We absolutely love our floors and would highly recommend Hank and his crew! We purchased WPC Vinyl flooring because it is waterproof, isn't cold to walk on, and can easily be removed for resale purposes. Hank and his crew are extremely professional and were easy to work with from start to finish. Hank wants his customers to be happy and truly is a great guy.”

“My husband and I recently bought a new home in The Woodlands. We were on a time crunch to complete a pretty major remodel before our move in date and needed to repaint the entire home and put in new floors. We had gone to a few of the big box stores for quotes and they were out-of-this-world pricy. We didn’t feel great about our situation and wanted to find a family-owned business instead. “I decided to use The One Floors to paint after getting a few bids. Hank and his team showed up to start the paint job and increased his amount by $500. He said he made a mistake on his end, but he sent me the same invoice with work details, the only difference was a $500 increase. I was on a tight deadline as I needed to move into my new home, but I would’ve gone with another contractor if I knew the price would be different. I don’t like that Hank has dishonest business practices and wouldn’t honor his original quote. I’m only giving 2 stars because they did a nice job painting, however I don’t like being taken advantage of and despise bad business.”

“My family worked with Mr. Hank for 3 of our bathroom renovations. He and his team were absolutely great to work with! We got a couple of quotes from other places before going to Mr.Hank, and after experiencing the differences, we can say Mr. Hank was thorough, knowledgeable, and very honest regarding the work to be done. His team handled converting our tub to a standing shower, installing new bathroom fixtures, toilets, floor and wall tiles, ceiling lights, counter, and cabinetry. There was a lot of work to be done, but Mr.Hank was honest about the timeline it would take and finished it in the time promised with quality results. “I called Hank because my floors needed to be replaced due to an AC line leak and I am so glad I did. Hank is a true professional and so is the installation crew. Hank was great with communication with me, getting me the information I needed without delay and was present from beginning to the end. He went above and beyond... we had a branch that broke and was hanging from our pecan tree. Hank said I'll stop by tomorrow and cut down it down for you guys. He just is a good person overall. And the install crew was the most hard working, respectful and kindest people ever. They are perfectionist and our floors, carpet and stair banisters look amazing!!! We did a good amount of research and got multiple quotes but felt the most comfortable with Hank. “I would definitely like to recommend this company. I got several bids and The One Floor’s bid was the best. Owner Hank made good suggestions for the project that I had not thought of in advance. He sent Edwardo and Romero and they did a fantastic job! He checked on them regularly. They came when they said they would and they worked long and hard to get the job done as quickly as possible. They made special efforts to keep the area clean as they worked...even with the rain. I would suggest waiting a few days on your job if you had to, to get this crew.”

“I hired Hank Abbas at The One Floors to re-tile my sister's new home in Spring. I was a little apprehensive because he had not been in business very long, and there weren't many reviews about his company. We had several delays, due to the closing on the home, and due to heavy rains, but Hank was able to fit her in to his schedule so she could get the work done before her moving day. They started the work on a Monday, tearing out all the existing tile and carpet, and finished installing the tile, plus quarter rounds by Saturday night. They also had to put extra leveling material and membrane on the floor. They installed wood-look tile that they sold at their store--it was just what my sister wanted. We got quotes from 3 different installers and theirs was 40% below the other quotes. They installed the entire 1500 sq ft house in only 6 days, and the cost for labor and materials was a little less than $5 per sq foot. The project turned out great! They give a 1 year warranty on the installation. I would recommend The One Floors to anyone who needs a project done quickly and economically.”
