Ak.homeimprovement LLC

Ak.homeimprovement LLC operates as a tile contractor out of Sugar Land, Texas. The owner started the business after working as a handyman and holds the necessary licenses and insurance. He handles tile projects along with painting, drywall repairs, flooring installs, siding fixes, fencing, roofing, and related home work. The approach treats each house like his own and keeps rates below those of larger firms while drawing on references from past jobs.

Customers report bathroom caulking jobs finished cleanly and accurately on the first attempt. Ron completed ceiling drywall repairs that stayed organized and finished on schedule at a fair cost. Arman repaired storm-damaged siding planks during rain and wrapped the work the same day. Ron and his carpenter rebuilt flooded bathroom cabinets, replaced baseboards and trim, and scheduled follow-up tile and flooring. Vinyl flooring and baseboard installs were completed in a timely way after the team showed they could handle the added scope. Other projects included full-house painting, garage floor epoxy, blind installs, TV mounting, kitchen cabinet color changes and repairs, bathroom remodeling, and sheetrock fixes with mold removal.

The company answers online requests right away and supplies clear quotes. Jobs finish when promised with updates along the way, and crews arrive on time. Pricing stays competitive and transparent, with work areas left clean after completion. Service covers the Sugar Land area and runs on the schedules customers provide.

Reviewers give the company five-star marks for quality, punctuality, and value on projects that range from small repairs to multi-room remodels. Common notes cover professional crews, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through. Google shows a five-star rating with no reviews posted there.
