“what makes a great restaurant is one as you go back over and over again that’s the way I feel about long star floor and lighting. I wanted to change the flooring upstairs in my house and I was concerned with the timing and Terry and his staff at Lone Star Floors made the process very smooth and they did a great job. They did such a great time and in three days cleaned up every day as they were going. I decided to do the upstairs bathroom to change a tub to a stand up shower and then that led to doing the master bathroom and I cannot tell you how thankful for the great that the job that they did it was actually fantastic. “Lone Star Floors just completed renovation of my kitchen countertop and backsplash, entire master bathroom and replaced all floors except the kitchen. I was nervous going into this project since I've had work done before and it did not go well, however Lone Star Floors was amazing! Terry was my first contact and I immediately felt comfortable. He came by a few times to look at the work, and there was also an operations manager who came by most days just to check in, take a look at the work, and make sure things were running smoothly. Before the project began, Terry called and gave me several dates and times contractors would arrive at my home and what work they would be doing. He continued to keep me updated all along the way. Every contractor who came to work on my home was as punctual as possible, worked crazy hard all day long, and every single bit of work they did was done perfectly. He worked very well with my wife and daughter on choosing the paint colors, floor and wall tile selections, the lighting (which was extensive), the new cabinetry and hardware, the cabinet sinks, fixtures and tops, the glass shower enclosure and tub, and related fixtures including the ceiling fan. The workmanship is all excellent. He and his crew were always on time and completed the work as promised. In addition his crew redid our master bedroom closets, repaired three water damaged spots in our homes ceiling, and a seam in our granite kitchen counter top. “Placed an order for wood for my son's room a month ago. Lone Star Floors said I would need a 5 gallon pail of glue (approximately $120.00) My workers advised against using glue because if a part of the floor needed to be replaced, then it would ALL have to come out! I called today to advise that I would be bringing the UNOPENED pail of glue back and SAM said they CANNOT take those kinds of things back. You're better off going somewhere else like Floor & Decor, where they are more reasonable and customer friendly! DON'T SHOP HERE!!!!!!!”
