Sam's Flooring Gallery

Sam's Flooring Gallery operates as a flooring store and tile contractor out of Sugar Land, Texas, with Sam running the business. The company handles tile and stone work along with hardwood floors, vinyl, laminate, and carpet supply and installation. Additional services include countertop supply and install, full flooring replacement, floor installations, and remodeling projects such as bathroom and kitchen updates. The team covers prep, removal of existing materials, and finished work at the listed address on Highway 6.

Homeowners report projects such as pulling out old carpet or engineered wood and laying LVP throughout a house, complete bathroom overhauls with new tiled showers, tubs, and vanities, and kitchen changes that include removing walls for custom islands. Other jobs involve carpet installs on upper floors, tile and wood combinations on stairs, quartz countertops with backsplashes, and engineered hardwood over large areas. Crew members named Zee, Zafer, Jack, Felipe, and Ramiro appear in accounts of these jobs, with reviewers noting attention to detail and insistence on redoing sections until standards were met.

The company schedules jobs quickly after initial contact, sometimes within hours for measurements and quotes, and completes full-house flooring swaps in a single day. Reviewers describe clear communication from Sam and the team, fair and competitive pricing, and crews that leave work areas clean each day. Service reaches Sugar Land and nearby spots including parts of Houston and Missouri City, with same-day follow-up on specific product requests and responsive handling of questions during and after installation.

“We had a great experience working with Zee. From start to finish, the project was very well organized, and communication was excellent throughout the entire process. He always kept us informed, followed through on commitments, and made sure every detail was properly handled. The crew was professional, respectful, and kept the work area clean and tidy every day. At the end of each workday, they cleaned up thoroughly, which we really appreciated. Most importantly, the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. There were even times when I thought something looked acceptable, but he insisted it wasn’t up to his standards and had it redone to ensure the best possible result. That level of pride in workmanship is hard to find. We are extremely happy with the final outcome and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and detail-oriented contractor.”

“Working with Mr. Z was a real pleasure. The price was decent. Very timely and helpful, they made it extremely easy for such a big change to go from old carpet to vinyl floors. I was really impressed how fast they finished the entire house. 10 out of 10 recommend”

“A Flawless Remodel Experience with Sam's Flooring Gallery We are absolutely thrilled with the complete remodel of our downstairs by Sam's Flooring Gallery! Our entire first floor was transformed, starting with the removal of old tile and engineered wood, replaced with beautiful Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) throughout. Our master bathroom underwent a complete overhaul, now featuring a stunning new tiled shower, a luxurious tub, and an updated vanity with sleek shaker cabinets. Bathroom #2 also received a fantastic upgrade, with a rebuilt shower, new tiles, and vanity, plus the addition of a new 48-inch shaker cabinet above the toilet for extra storage. The kitchen remodel truly exceeded our expectations. Sam's team expertly cut down our raised bar to a modern bar height, installed gorgeous new shaker cabinets that extend to the ceiling, and added elegant quartz countertops and a stylish backsplash. To top it all off, the entire home received a fresh coat of paint and new trim, completing the sophisticated look. Working with Zee and Sam was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Their crew was not only efficient and respectful but also genuinely enjoyable to have in our home. We ”

He was very knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, and would come by during and after the installation to ensure all was to our satisfaction. Installation was done quickly and professionally. We had carpet, tile flooring, and wooden stairs installed. Highly recommend and will do business again with Sam’s Flooring Gallery.”

“Sam’s Flooring was a great company to work with for our home remodel. We replaced the floors in the entire house with LVP and tile. The master bath remodel was lovely and the selections available were perfect. The kitchen wall was removed and replaced with a large custom made island. Sam and his crew were wonderful to work with and the quality of work was excellent . He communicated well and was very responsive with all calls, questions, etc. We would highly recommend and look forward to working with again. Thanks, Sam!”

“Sam’s crew does beautiful work! We are very pleased with all the tile, granite and flooring Sam’s Flooring did! He was budget friendly and worked very hard to find the floor I loved! Good communication skills and went out of his way to assure a quality job!”

“We have been extremely satisfied with our primary bath remodel by Sam’s Flooring. We worked with the owner, Sam, from the beginning to the end. Sam was very attentive and professional. Sam’s Flooring has a variety of tile/quartz and everything you need in order to have a “brand new” primary bath. Our remodel included removal of the tub, new tile and plumbing. Zee was also very helpful and patient when we were choosing our tile/quartz. The crew was extremely professional and did a top notch job. It’s nice to work with a company that is prompt with answering our questions or addressing any concerns. * Last step will be having mirrors installed”

“I had a great experience with Sam's Flooring Gallery for a recent carpet installation. After checking with several other places that had much longer lead times, I was impressed by how quickly Sam’s was able to get us on the schedule. The crew was incredibly efficient and managed to complete the entire job in just a single day. On top of the lightning-fast turnaround, their pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes we received. If you’re looking for quality work and a team that respects your time, I highly recommend them!”

“We recently went to Sam’s Flooring Gallery to check out some LVP - he had so many options to choose from across a wide range of price points, but I was set on a particular brand and color (Mannington LVP in Swiss Oak - Almond) and while he didn’t have it in store, he told me he’d reach out to the distributor and get a quote. He called us back in less than 2 hours and not only was he able to order the specific LVP that I was looking for, it was also a fantastic price per square foot, and included the install. He personally came out to our house later that same afternoon to take measurements to provide us with a quote for the installation. His crew that did the installation did an absolutely fantastic job - the floors look amazing, and Sam was available to speak with/quick to respond throughout the process. We would absolutely work with Sam again for any home improvement projects!”

“I asked Sam's Flooring Gallery to pull out the carpet throughout my house and place Vinyl for the 2nd floor and the stairs, and all tiles on the first floor. They did an AMAZING job to say the least, and their work was pure quality as you can see looking at the photos. Their customer service was great because they were quick at responding for our questions and concerns. We worked with Zafer, and he was of great help (always friendly) and their team did an amazing job! I would HIGHLY recommend them if you are looking for great quality flooring for your house with amazing customer service!”

“Can’t say enough good things about Sam’s Flooring Gallery. We hired them to replace carpet in our 5000 sq ft home with tiles/wood. Sam and his guys did an exceptional job with our home! They were always on time and extremely professional to work with. Sam is a very honest and hardworking owner. I would be more than happy to recommend his company to anyone. Thanks for doing a wonderful job, Sam!”

“Contacted Sam via a mutual friend him and his team did an amazing job. Installation was completed on the time committed and they did a clean job and left the work site clean and tidy. Will definitely recommend.”

“Several months following Harvey we contacted Sam to install carpet, tile, kitchen counter quartz and backsplash. We wanted a completely different look than before. Sam helped us with recommendations. I would suggest using the thickest carpet pad and carpet one can afford. Also the white tile we selected remains shiny 6 months after installation. We have a small group visit every week. Each time we have a new guest they marvel at how shiny the tile is and how soft the carpet is. Note I have folks remove their shoes when coming into our house. Great job by Sam the different crews!!”

“Sam’s flooring did a phenomenal job for us. We needed carpeting on our third floor. They had a ton of options, worked with me on exactly what I wanted with customer care beyond compare. They provided me with competitive pricing, called me in advance of installation- made sure they communicated with me clearly and were extremely careful when installing the carpet. Their crew was in and out timely, did an extremely clean job and followed through as committed. I will only use them for any flooring and/or remodeling jobs in the future!”

“I recently completed the construction of my new custom home. I had been looking for flooring at least 6-8 months before we ever broke ground. I shopped around at various flooring stores throughout Houston, Missouri City and Sugar Land and I could not find exactly what I was looking for. The sales rep were either rude, impatient or not completely knowledgeable regarding the type of floor I was looking for. All that changed when I went to Sams Flooring! I had gone into this store at least 10 times to look at hardwood floors and new inventory, and both sales reps were Awesome!!!! They were patient and never gave up on me!! We we finally made the decision to make the BIG flooring purchase, Zee gave us the best deal for the materials and installation! They offer in-house finance with 0%interest! The installers were HARD WORKERS! They worked literally worked 7 days a week. I was impressed with their work ethic and skill set!! If you are in need of flooring, please busy Sam’s Flooring!!! You won’t regret it! Oh, tell them that Keisha sent you!!!”

“Amazing transformation! I can not say enough good things about the entire remodel process. Communication, scheduling, top-notch craftsmen, and staying on budget with no surprises. I 100% will use Sam's Flooring on my next remodel project. I have a few planned.”

“Had a great experience with this company. They came out and did our carpet and it looks and feels great! Got the job done fairly quickly and also offered us a great price. Will definitely be calling them again to get more done! I highly recommend this company to anybody looking to get some floor work done.”

“Sam's Flooring Gallery did an outstanding job installing 1000 square feet of engineered hardwood flooring in my house. After several months of shopping around, I selected Sam's based on their competitive price, solid reputation, and positive feedback received from three past customers. The installation crew did an outstanding job of removing the old hardwood floor while draping off adjacent areas to minimize dust migration. Floor prep also included quality floating and buffing to ensure a smooth level surface. The trim was stained to match the floor spot on. The installers, Felipe and Ramiro, take great pride in their work and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the installation. Thank you Zee for the positive experience.”
