“I am so incredibly happy with my new floors. Austen and Carl were such a pleasure to work with! Austen really went above and beyond for us. He did extensive research trying to find me tile options, drove to several store locations to find samples for us to see, and really went the extra mile which made trying to manage everything from a different state and different time zone so much easier. The pecan floors are beautiful! I love the new black marble tile fireplace surround, and the marble tile in the bathrooms is exactly what we wanted! Thank you Texas Floor and Home!”

“We set up a appointment for flooring estimate, and we did meet with individual to have our home measured and to select the material that we would like used on our flooring project, needless to say we never heard from them again regarding the quote for our flooring, we did follow up with a phone call and they promised we would hear from them shortly. It’s been over a month and nothing. Do not recommend at all!!”

“My husband and I are building a home and we were on a desperate search for a particular backsplash that another vendor told us was discontinued. I searched for tile stores on the internet and found Daltile's website so I submitted an inquiry. Flooring specialist Austen Sanchez with Texas Floor & Home 520 Hwy 6 Suite 400, Sugar Land, TX 77478 responded to my inquiry. Austen went above and beyond to search for us!!! He continually stayed in touch with me; one day he called to tell me he was ordering a sample. When the sample came in we went to look at it and it was exactly what we were looking for!!! We then placed the order and yesterday I was able to pick it up. I can't thank Austen enough for doing all the research to find it. “Great customer service throughout the sales and install processes. I worked with the Sugar Land showroom sales consultant, and I made him aware of my budget for the project early on. From there, he never tried to get pushy with my numbers and guided based on his knowledge of the products and what we were interested in installing. Installers are contractors, so there may be a mixed bag depending on who you get. However, our installers were great, and they were responsive to our requests. The one surprise was the amount of "float" the installers had to use. The person on the sales floor mentioned a potential extra cost if the floors were uneven but only mentioned it being about another extra 50-100 bucks. However, the overall price increase was closer to $500, quite a difference. But I'm used to home projects going over budget with any contractor, so I built this into our price tolerance. At the end of the day, my wife loves the new floors and they were very reasonably priced and RESPONSIVE to my needs/requests. Before approving the float, the regional manager came out and inspected to verify that we needed the requested amount, and he also checked the quality of the product while on”

“The co. has a wide selection of quality products and the manager was able to work out affordable prices. The store staff are very helpful, courteous and professional. The installers are the opposite. The installer wouldn't vacuum the carpet threads resulting from the installation. Said he did not generate them. He objected to moving the furniture back to its original place because he claimed he didn't move it the first time. The tack strip had nails along the carpet edges. He was sent to fix it and he said we have to live with it because we bought a cheap quality carpet. This doesn't say much for the store's products or the salesman who did not mention this to us.The supervisor who came to inspect the tack strips found improper installation in a small area and said he'd have the installer fix it. The installer returned 2 to 3 weeks later and asked why he was back to our house. I received 2 messages from the supervisor. My followup calls to were not returned. I tried to contact the co. owners and left a message with the fulfillment dept.over a week ago, but no response so far. Not sure if the price I paid was was worth it. I hope others have a better experience”

“My Flooring America installed both my bedroom carpet and the newer vinyl planks throughout the rest of the house a few weeks ago. I am very pleased from my initial visit with the salesman Mark through the installers. Mark was very informative and the installers did an awesome job. They paid close attention to detail, in addition to be courteous and very tidy. I will definitely use this company again.”

“We went to My Flooring America, Sugar Land location, to replace all carpet in our home, including stairs, plus tile in two of our bathrooms. The experience was top notch from start to finish. Kamal and Timur both did an excellent job in sales, handling all our questions and overseeing the order and delivery. The hardwood and tile arrived before estimated time and was installed promptly and professionally. The crew and supervisors did a quality job as well. “We used My Flooring America to replace our carpet and wood flooring. Marc Scharf was very patient and extremely helpful in making the selection of the wood flooring, and it's BEAUTIFUL. I absolutely love the new floors and carpet. The work took a full week as expected, but the installers were very professional, and did a great job. “Amazing. Best flooring experience I’ve ever had. In the store, Mike was awesome. Walked me through my options. Explained everything and really helped me narrow it down. Then on the house visit, he took the time to walk us through the effects of lighting in each room on our carpet choices. Installation couldn’t have been easier, they set a date, crew showed up on time, did a very professional job and left... followed it all up with a quality control call to and sure my wife and I were happy... I’m just thankful to have found them and I highly recommend them. Even cooler is if for some reason after they were done with the install... if I didn’t like it, or wanted to choose an entirely new carpet they would have replaced it for free under their satisfaction guarantee... never heard of such a thing. “I had a water leak on the second floor of my home which flooded about half the house. My dealings with My Flooring America were Excellent from start to finish. Chip Reeder came out and provided my insurance with a very detailed estimate of damages which really helped to settle with the insurance company quickly and easily. My wife and I visited My Flooring America in Sugar Land where the very knowledgeable Edward educated us about carpet, grades, materials, costs, etc. We were able to choose from an extensive selection. Chip facilitated that purchase and helped arrange for installation. The carpet arrived very quickly. Javier and his team removed the old carpet, moved big pieces of furniture as needed, and installed my entire house with new carpet and pad in one day and were meticulous in their work and workmanship. “Had a great experience buying my carpet from Jack. I told him my situation and he did a great job of helping me narrow my search to a few reasonable options to choose from, which made the whole process very easy. The prices were good, and the delivery team came in a timely manner- we're very happy with our choice. 2 year update: 2 years later and our carpets look as good as the day they were installed! When we first moved in we had "new" carpets that started to sag and bunch in a year. I can happily recommend the installation by this location as well!”

“Had a great experience with MFA. Patrick Garley was our flooring specialist, and he sold us in 15 minutes flat. I like to select contractors as much for their presentation as their price, and Patrick sold us on the first in spades: wore a mask over nose and mouth the whole time, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and real (not salesman-y). MFA also has their system digitally on tablets, so after measuring the spaces, Patrick was able to give us solid quotes on the fly as we went through different flooring options. That made me so much more comfortable (and efficient) than measuring, waiting a day, and going into a showroom like other companies wanted me to do. He’s also been very responsive afterwards when we had small follow up questions. As for the floors - they are beautiful! The installers were top notch, clean, friendly, and meticulous. The install took an extra day, but I have experience with installers who rushed (previous home) and I’d rather wait for a good job. Anyway the TL;DR is “Well done, MFA! Patrick has been great!!””

“Our salesperson was great up until he made the sale, then we never heard from him again - even after reaching out for help. Our tile installers were AMAZING! Tran and his father Mr. Tran were true artisans. Our carpet installers did not do a great job and managed to do a lot of damage unfortunately. After trying to reach out to the company THREE TIMES (reaching out through their website and emailing specific people within the company), I have yet to receive any feedback. Bottom line, you cannot count on this company to resolve any issues after you pay them.”
