Chic Floors

Chic Floors handles tile work from Tomball, Texas. They take on installation, repairs, and remodeling jobs that cover flooring materials including tile along with carpeting. Zaid meets customers at the shop on Louetta Road to review options and line up the work. The business lists separate contact numbers for the Tomball and Spring areas and focuses on turning dated or bare interior spaces into finished rooms.

Customers call them for whole-house flooring jobs on homes that arrived with nothing but the slab, wood grain tile across every room on the first floor, shower work in a guest house, and full kitchen plus master bathroom remodels. Reviewers mention past problems with other crews that left work needing fixes, yet these projects came out at high quality with no follow-up repairs required. Large areas got covered without the selection mistakes some owners feared when choosing materials for every surface.

Zaid stays reachable for questions and keeps updates moving fast. Installers arrive when promised, stay on schedule, and wrap jobs quicker than planned, such as finishing multiple rooms in a single day or completing a full first-floor tile job in three days instead of a full week. Prices for the product plus labor stay competitive while the crews show up experienced and finish with clean results across repeated jobs in the Tomball area.

Reviewers keep noting the same points about solid craftsmanship and straightforward service from start to finish. The business carries a Google rating of 5 from 15 reviews built on those topics. DIRT Score 4.2 from reviews on Finds.

“Chic Floors is an AMAZING local business that made a very large job look incredibly easy. We purchased a home that had no flooring and was just the slab. We decided we would install the same flooring throughout, but with so much flooring going in I was scared I would make the wrong decision and then be stuck with something I didn't like... everywhere! When we went to Chic Floors, Zaid greeted us, listened to what I was describing, looked at a few pictures and immediately started pulling samples. This store has a huge selection and he truly only pulled things that fit what I was looking for. He talked to us about the pros and cons of different materials so we were able to make an educated decision on what we were installing. As we brought samples to the house and back to the store, he patiently adjusted his suggestions based on our feedback and helped us finds the perfect flooring for our space. The crew that came to install the flooring did such beautiful & clean work - it surpassed all my expectations!! It only took them two days to do the entire job including prepping the floor, cement or self-level or work, installing the flooring, and installing quarter round on all the trim.”

“I stopped having companies renovate areas of my house because I always had to fix it when they were done. I am currently renovating my house and did not have time to address a shower in my guest house. A coworker recommended Chic to me and based on his experience, I gave them a chance. The men who worked on my guest house were very professional and experienced. I will be using them again because the job was very high quality.”

“Everything about this place gets 5 stars! The service was outstanding from the minute we walked in the door all the way through installation! By far the easiest, smoothest process we’ve had and the price (including installation) and quality of their flooring is very competitive…I highly recommend using Chic Floors!”

“Chic Floors did an excellent job at our home! They installed wood grain tile in the entire first floor. I was expecting the job to take a full week, but they were finished in three days. The work was exceptional and looks fantastic. Zaid was so helpful and so fast with communication. I really appreciated that. One of our toilets leaked after re-installation, and they were so quick to come out and fix it right up. Can not say enough good things. I heard horror stories of home renovation before we did this and put this off for so long. However, that was not our experience at all with Chic Floors.”

“Chic Floors is a wonderful company to do business with. Through the years, they remodeled flooring throughout our home, remodeled a Kitchen and Master Bathroom. They are patient, knowledgeable and have outstanding craftsmanship. We highly recommend Chic Floors.”

“Zaid was our sales representative and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We couldn’t have had a nicer person to work with. He was always available for any questions. His installers were at our house exactly when he said they would be. They were on time, very talented and amazingly quick. I thought the job would take at least 3 days and they finished in 1 day. Yes, I said ONE DAY! We had the floor in the living room, dining room, breakfast nook, kitchen and hallway done. The product and workmanship were both of high quality. It looks fantastic! Thank you Zaid and Chic Floors of Tomball!”
