ArborDocs LLC

ArborDocs LLC runs tree service work from Allen, Texas. Suzie owns the company as a certified arborist and works with her son Cameron who serves as co-owner and certified arborist. They handle pruning, tree removal, stump grinding, storm damage response, preservation work, fertilization and aerification, root barriers, and diagnostics for sick or damaged trees across the Dallas metroplex.

Homeowners bring them overgrown trees that need shaping for better health and looks, sick ash trees hit by borers, trunks split into multiple sections, and root issues from earlier poor planting. Cameron inspects first and lays out clear options. Suzie spends extended time reviewing concerns on site and then directs the crew on the exact steps. The work includes air spading around roots, treating for pests, limb pruning, full removals under seven hours in some cases, and mulch from the job left for the owner when requested.

Jobs get scheduled fast with crews arriving when promised. Quotes stay accurate and communication covers the full plan before any cuts start. Pricing registers as reasonable based on the outcomes. Crews finish every job with complete debris removal and leave the site in order. They cover both routine maintenance on mature trees and larger emergency fixes throughout the Dallas area.

Reviewers point to the arborists understanding of local trees and the focus on long term care rather than short term cuts. They note solid results on appearance, strength, and pest control along with crews that stay respectful and finish what they start. Twenty reviews sit at five stars with expertise and cleanup as the most repeated points.

“We used Arbordocs after they were referred by our neighbors. We had an overgrown tree in need of pruning and this was our first time using the service. Cameron was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the whys of what they were recommending for the health of our tree. Our tree looks much better and we’re happy we chose to use Cameron and his team and will continue to do so and refer them without pause. They were great to work with!”

“Based on recommendations on NextDoor, I called ArborDocs for advice on my HUGE sick ash tree. Wow. These guys are great. Suzie (owner, certified arborist) spent 45+ minutes analyzing, listening to my concerns, and giving several options with recommendations. I could tell I was getting expert advice. Never did I feel pressured. When they came back to trim the tree and treat for borers, again I was very impressed. Suzie was there along with her son Cameron (co-owner, certified arborist). Suzie spent 30+ minutes relaying the plan to the crew. She remembered everything we had discussed and the crew clearly understood the plan and gave input as well. A certified arborist (Cameron) stayed the entire time overseeing and hands-on. Cameron took time with me to clearly explain it all including things I could do to care for the tree going forward. The tree now looks great. They carefully trimmed dead/dying branches while leaving as much as they could. The tree retained its overall shape with much dead weight off the tips. I understand an ash tree of this age and disease may not survive much longer, but I’m convinced ArborDocs has given the tree its best shot at prolonged l”

“Highly recommend Arbor Docs. I don’t think you’ll find anyone as knowledgeable about trees as Cameron is. He is honest and goes above and beyond to help his clients make informed decisions. Excellent service and workers did a great job.”

“ArborDocs did fantastic work on a Live Oak on our property. Cameron came to inspect the tree and offer an estimate prior to the work being done. His knowledge and passion for his work was very apparent and helped me feel confident in the recommendations to ensure our tree was visually appealing as well as healthy. The crew was prompt in their arrival and did an excellent job pruning the tree as well as overviewing their findings on the roots. I would highly recommend ArborDocs for your tree needs!”

“We had a tree in our front yard that had the trunk split in 3 sections. It was a pretty large tree which ArborDocs took care of in less than 7 hrs. Cameron and his crew were knowledgeable, professional, and great customer service. They removed the tree and cleaned up all debris. What a great job and will have them back to trim a few more trees in the back. Highly recommended!”

“We have been using Arbor Docs for over 10 years and they’re amazing. We have never had a branch fall or any damage from trees because of the wonderful service. Trees get sick and need care and maintenance. They will get you fixed up. It’s worth it.”

“We are happy with the tree and shrubs diagnostic service they provided and the tree removal performed. The job was professionally done, the pricing fair. They were fast in schedieling and very punctual. There was a misunderstanding and a miscommunication happening during the process but they were able to fix it adequately and rectify it in a professional and satisfactory manner. We would definitely recommend Arbor Docs' services.”

“The ArborDocs team did a great job with our trees. Quick and accurate quote; execution was very thorough and exceeded our expectations! The trees look great and NOT like someone just pruned them. We will definitely stay in touch with the team on future needs.”

“Arbor Docs did an incredible job shaping our trees. They were knowledgable and helpful! Our trees are mature and they have the knowledge and expertise to care for our trees for the long term and not just with a 'quick fix' Highly recommend them!”

“A huge kudos to ArborDocs! I’m so glad that I had seen the posting on NextDoor from a neighbor who had received free woodchips (with free delivery) from ArborDocs. I use a LOT of bagged mulch each year and it gets expensive. So, I originally contacted ArborDocs to inquire about the woodchips (that were promptly delivered a few days later) and after speaking with Cameron (certified arborist) about my trees, I was very impressed with his expertise so asked him for a quote to trim my 4 large trees. Hold the phone! I was VERY surprised to find that I could hire what was an obviously very experienced & knowledgeable certified arborist for almost the same price that I was paying for a “tree trimming crew” with a few chain saws and a pickup truck. And wow! What a difference in the trees & the service! Cameron & his crew were top- notch! My trees look great! They did a fabulous job of cleaning up and were all very personable. I will be using ArborDocs from here on out. Thank you for your expertise and a job WELL done ArborDocs!”

“We have used Arbor Docs for several years and have been very pleased with them. They are very educated and knowledgeable about all arbor and botanical areas; especially maintaining and saving our big diseased trees. Their fees are reasonable and a pleasure to work with. Dr. and Mrs. Jimmy Boley”

“Great service and care. I've used them to fix issues from improperly installed trees and root bound stress. ArborDocs diagnosed the issue, air spaded and root pruned as well as pruned limbs. We immediately saw improvement the next summer. I will be a return customer and intend to use them in the future.”

“Fast, Efficient, Excellent work. They trimmed up about 20+ trees, mulched the branches, removed three trees and gave us great pointers on how to keep what we have healthy and all in a day's work. Our property looks amazing now! We will definitely continue to work them this team. Can't find people with high standards like this anymore, but we did! With Arbordocs. Man you guys are awesome!”
