TreeTop Tree Service

TreeTop Tree Service handles tree trimming, removal, stump grinding and land clearing for homes and businesses in Arlington and the DFW metroplex. They have been operating since 2004 with ISA certified arborists on staff. The company offers cabling and bracing, tree health assessments, planting and transplanting, and root crown care. They take calls for free estimates and work Monday through Saturday from seven in the morning until five.

Customers call them for big removals like old silver maples and dead oaks that threaten structures. Crews under Joe and Mike handle emergency storm damage where branches hang over roofs or in tight spots between sheds. They also do canopy raising on oaks, thinning multiple trees, stump grinding after cuts, and even planting new trees and bushes. Reviewers note the crews make precise cuts without damaging nearby property and leave the yard cleaner than they found it.

The company responds fast, with reps showing up the same day for quotes and crews often working the next day or within hours on emergencies. Pricing comes in competitive and fair compared to other bids. They cover the DFW area and stick to their schedule while keeping communication straightforward. Work happens during regular business hours and they accept various payments though cash avoids extra fees on cards.

Reviews give them strong marks for reliability and quality work, with many five star notes on how crews like those led by Lee and Mark finish on time and respect the property. Common points include thorough cleanup and no damage even in difficult spots. DIRT Score 4.6 from N reviews on Finds.

“First I like to say that this company and their employees were fast and proficient. They knock that job out with precision. Now just a foot note. If your zelle isn't working on your phone you better have cash, because if you have to debt. your card that's $30.00 per $1000.00 and so I had to pay an extra $60.00 for the service. So have cash!!! GREAT SERVICE!!!”

“I had an amazing experience with TreeTop Tree Service. The team was easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, and got everything done quickly without cutting corners. You can tell they take pride in what they do. They cleaned up really well afterward too, which I appreciated more than anything. Overall, just a solid, reliable crew. I’d definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone needing tree work.”

“Their crew was in the neighborhood just yesterday and I approached them to take a biz card for a quote. The crew member called the office and I gave them my information. Within 15 minutes their representative was at my door and after inspection gave me a fair quote. I had recently obtained a quote from a different company but did not pull the trigger. Their quote was almost $200 higher than Top Line. I gave a hand shake and they scheduled me for the next day. Overall I was impressed with their response, pricing and performance. If you are considering a tree service I suggest looking into Top Line Tree Service for a competitive quote!”

“Tree Top service crew was excellent. Very professional. They cut down and stumped my old 35 plus yr silver maple tree, which was breaking and coming to the end of life . There are no damages to any of my external structures nearby. They were quick and precise. It was amazing to watch. Completely satisfied and will recommend them to others who need this service. It is my second time using Tree Top.”

“I had an emergency tree removal & Tree Top Tree Services was on top of it! A very large branch fell on our 2nd story townhouse & was still suspended across our back yard. When I called, Joe was here within a couple of hours. I really thought this was gonna be a hard job that they may not even want to mess with.. It was in a very tight space with mutlple aluminum sheds in their working area. Joe was very reassuring that his crew could get it without even having to move anything. From start to finish they did an excellent job.. I couldn't be happier & will definitely be using them in the future. Awesome company!!”

“Top-of-the-line professionals who truly care about delivering superior quality work. After major trimming/thinning on 5 trees in our front and back yard, the cleanup was spotless and trees looked amazing. A++++++ experience.”

“For many years, I've worked in the service industry, and I’m very critical of other contractors. Their prices must be justifiable and competitive. This company was $400 more than two others and up to $2,000 less than several other places I called. Mike was very good at reading the room, and I appreciated the lack of bullshit. When his team carried out the service, there were a few hiccups, but Mike was able to remedy the situation. I wish they had done a better job of repairing my gutter, but they did okay considering it wasn't their particular skill set. Mike even ordered his guys to help me move something heavy. Overall, I’m happy with the service Mike provided, and I recommend his company to you.”

“Treetop Tree Service recently removed a massive tree from our yard, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. The pricing was surprisingly affordable—lower than we anticipated. The work itself was outstanding: clean, thorough, and expertly done. What really stood out, though, was the team. The sales rep, crew, and crew manager were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and respectful from start to finish. Such a great group of people! We’re truly grateful for their hard work and professionalism. Highly recommend Treetop Tree Service!”

“High quality tree trim, competitive price, thorough cleanup. Highly recommended! We used this service for the second time in September 2025 to raise the canopy for an oak tree in our front yard. They came through as before. High quality work, great price, thorough clean up. Lee and his crew were friendly, efficient and thorough in trimming our tree. They get an A+!”

“crew was in at 8 and out before 5. giant dead oak removed and area left clean. the work was outstanding. thanks for a great job.”

“Joe and his team did a great job on our trees and they were very courteous and on time. They ground up all the limbs and raked the yard and used a blower to clean up.”

“I highly recommend TreeTop Tree service for anyone's tree needs!! I made a call to get a few estimate and Joe was out the same day, courteous and professional. Crew came out the very next day to tackle the job with professionalism, efficiency and care. Thanks TreeTop!!!”

“I looked around to find a tree service company to help us install some bushes & 2 trees. I found Tree Tops Tree Service & spoke with them about my project. Each person I spoke with was very polite & professional. They gave me a very fair quote & were also very flexible with the delays I had for the tree delivery. They arrived early, but called to make sure it was OK. The employees were great! They did a great job installing & the trees look fantastic! I will definitely call them again, & recommend them anyone needing help in the yard.”

“TreeTop came out and trimmed back my neighbor's tree from my property. They did a fantastic job!! They cleaned up after they finished and didn't hurt my oleander, even though it was in the way. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a tree trimmed. Thank you.”

“We were already using TreeTop for our tree trimming maintenance and had been very happy with their work. But, after the recent storm in our area, we had two large branches break off one of our large Red Oaks (plus, another branch broke off a very large bush/tree, when one of the Red Oak branches came down upon it) and needed their help as soon as possible, since we were concerned about the branches possibly hitting our roof, if they totally separated from high up in the tree. When I first called Mark, he said that they were really backed up because of all the storm damage, but could be here in two days. I was happy that they could be here that quickly, but was pleasantly surprised when their 5-man crew arrived the NEXT DAY! The crew quickly got to work and had everything taken care of and the area nicely cleaned up in about 90 minutes. The charge for their emergency service was very reasonable. I'm sure other companies would have charged much more, given the situation. We are very impressed with TreeTop. Thanks!”

“Superb the quality of Service; from office to street employees. Employees were very respectful and area was cleaned even better that it had it before. Definitely, I would recommend them!”

“I'm getting ready to replace a flat roof with a hip roof and needed my neighbor's tree cut back to the property line. The crew really knew what they were doing. I was amazed to see them set up a zip line and let the cut branches ride it down to the guys on the ground. Best of all... I felt another branch should have been brought down AFTER I had paid and the crew left. Brent had a crew here within a couple hours. It's hard finding contractors that will show back up once they've paid. Treetop is a top notch company!”

“I've now had 2 great experiences with Tree Top. Last year they cut down a huge Cottonwood tree. Massive project! Today, the cut down a mulberry tree, ground stumps, and did maintenance on all my other trees. Mike was my point person. He was easy and timely to work with. Marceo was our on- site supervisor, again, great to work with. The team of 4 arrived on time, respected my property, did a professional job, and cleaned up when they were done. I'd use them again without hesitation.”

“If you want a tree expert that delivers extraordinary, exceptional work, TreeTop Tree Services is the company to call. I had a giant and beloved tree that had to come down for safety reasons. Mr Green and his team came in with amazing professionalism and removed the tree quickly and safely. They left my property spotless. After this experience, I will only trust my tree needs to Treetop Tree Services.”

“Very happy- quick consult, easy paperwork. The crew that showed up was professional, kind and did the job fast and cleaned everything up after. Will be recommending them to my friends”
