“They may mow, blow & go your yard but your neighbors will hate you for using Cousins lawn. Cousins lawn crew will blow the trash from the property they are mowing onto your yard or your neighbors' yard. They won't pick up any trash. When a neighbor asks them to not blow trash from their customer's property onto their property they start blowing the trash onto other neighbors' properties. When asked not to blow their customer's trash around they say, "that's another property" meaning "We don't mow that lawn so we can blow it there if we like." When asking them not to blow their client's trash onto other people's property \and instead, - PICK IT UP!, they stare you down like they want to you. Don't use Cousins if you like your neighborhood clean.”

“If 0 stars were an option, thats what i would pick! We are at an RV Park so I cant fire them, but if I owned this place I'd fire them immediately. They leave grass all over my stuff. Driveway, table and chairs, ice chest, welcome mat, and my freaking car! That one really pisses me off! I called and sent pics to the man that answered last time. He said he'd talk to the guys. Apparently they didn't get the memo because it happens EVERY TIME! I called today and got hung up on, then called back and it went to voicemail. I left a message but I won't hold my breath. I really wish this RV Park would find someone else. They are terrible!”

“These guys don’t even deserve a star It should be more like a negative star times three. Ruben Alvarez is an extremely rude and disrespectful and dishonest person. They show up hours late overcharge you and when you question it they act like they’re the mafia of the lawn business. I’m not sure why anybody would ever hire This company being that they have nothing but negative reviews.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. They have been cutting my Dads yard for over 20 years. They aren’t professional and do not understand English. Recently some of our grass washed away because they kept cutting the yard too short even after repeatedly asking them not to. We asked for an estimate on new grass and still haven’t heard anything 3 weeks. We called and cancelled their service and they kept cutting our yard and then wanted payment. We paid them and now they won’t return our calls about the estimate. Very unprofessional and poor communication. I wouldn’t recommend them.”

“The worst lawn guys ever!!!! They killed so many of my plants literally killed these vines from the base!!! If I could give zero stars I would! Do not hire them. They are messy and don't care about your lawn at all.”

“I live out of town and needed for someone to take care of my elderly parents lawn for a couple of months while my mother has an extended hospital stay. I called Ruben with Cousin's Lawn Care. He said he would drive by their place and give me an estimate by 4:30 that day......Well, he called me by 3:45 and discussed what I needed for my parents. We agreed to do it and he had the yard mowed that evening. THANKS RUBEN. My dad got home late from the hospital and well please and appreciative of the yard work. I am very impressed with Cousin's Lawn Care. Thank you very much for your promptness and a job well done. Lance.......”

“Mowed once and said they would schedule every other week. 3 weeks later they replied and would be out Wednesday. Never showed up.keeps saying they will be out and never show. Going on the fifth week so now I have an overgrown yard and have to find another business.”
