“S.A. Total Tree Service removed two large dead & dying hackberry trees from my property. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job avoiding the power lines/fiber optic cables while taking down the trees. Highly recommend working with them, their admin Jennifer is super professional and responsive, keeping us informed of updates. Very happy customers!”

“Unfortunately we had 2 huge trees split, fall,and one of them crash onto our roof, in a recent San Antonio windstorm. Total Tree Service sent an arborist out the day after we called to evaluate the damage, see if any of the damaged tree could be saved and recommend the work needed done. They actually were able to start the next morning and sent a large crew with lots of specialized equipment. They arrived on time, were all pleasant, professional, extremely hardworking, safety conscious and careful of our surroundings. It was really interesting to watch them work as a team to harness, cut, lower, haul and shred the branches and logs, and remove the stumps. They cleaned up afterwards, even blowing debris out of the gutters and raking the ground. We were very pleased with every aspect of Total Tree Service from initial contact to finished job, and would definitely use again . They are true professionals.”

“My friend who works for this company referred me to their new sub-contractors, MAVAC Contractors, for my home project. MAVAC Contractors built a custom front porch deck which they also they screened in, installed a door, and stained, and then added a ramp for ease of entry. They also added a remote controlled, lighted ceiling fan, replaced the security lights and installed a crushed granite path. The results are so beautiful and far beyond my expectations. “I first called SA Total Tree Service because they worked on my neighbor's trees and I was impressed by, not only the final outcome (gorgeous), but the number of crew and type of equipment they had. Lucas was very knowledgeable and gave me a great deal. I was skeptical they'd be able to complete the job in one day as we have 2 acres with many oaks, but the crew came at exactly 7:30 in the morning and, by the afternoon, were completely done. You could tell the crew enjoyed not only their job, but also each other, based on their comradery, which made working with them enjoyable. Their army of workers swarmed the land and got right to work nimbly cutting, trimming, and removing ball moss. Their equipment was top notch, and their clean up was phenomenal. They left us fire wood and removed the detritus. My oak trees look beautiful. I can't wait for spring! My house stands out beautifully with the trimmed and manicured front. During the consultation, Lucas took the time to thoroughly evaluate the trees on my property, explain their condition, answer all of my questions, and listen to my concerns. “SA Total Tree Service went above and beyond. Unfortunately, 3 trees had to be removed due to possible damage to the foundation in the future as the roots were going to the house and already had started to lift one of my hvacs cement bases. They not only removed the trees, stump grinding, root removal (over 2 days). They also made sure our other trees were cleaned up. They went above and beyond with cabling the deodore cedar (my Mother’s favorite tree (reminded her of Christmas). And they spread soil for me in the beds as they know it’s heavy to pour the 40 pound bags. And, you cannot tell there used to be trees there with how thorough their clean up is. Dave is thorough in his explanation and kind to deal with. The crew is professional and compassionate. We will definately be using them for all our tree needs.”

“Fantastic experience from start to finish. Reached out to schedule an estimate…which they were able to accommodate the very next day. Their arborist Lucas arrived on time and was simply the best. He knows more about trees than I will ever know about anything. Lol! He took his time to walk the entire property with me…answering all of my questions in terms that I could easily understand while assessing what needed to be done. Pest control and trimming were the priorities for the beautiful oak trees in our yard. He walked me through the plan he had in mind and said I’d have a written estimate within 30 minutes. Got the detailed estimate…booked the work…and was put on the schedule for the very next day. The crew came out the next day while I was at work and did a tremendous job. “Squirrels, racoons and other wild life were accessing our roof by way of all the oak trees surrounding our house. We gave S.A. Total Tree a call and they responded very quickly. Dave came out to assess the situation, he told me what they could do and gave me a very good price to have it done. “I called SA Total Tree Service to get an estimate on cleaning up the trees on my property. Dave came out that same day and we went over what I'd like to get done. Dave made recommendations with explanations as to why. We agreed to a 2-phase plan and the crew showed up the next morning. Phase one was completed and my views from the back deck are gorgeous! I can't wait to see the improvements Phase 2 will make. The crew was considerate of all my wife's treasures hanging on tree limbs and the many potted plants on and around the deck. “Jacob came over to leave a quote, for a tree that had fallen from my neighbors yard and I took the opportunity to ask about my oak tree. He gave me a reasonable quote and a lot of info on my tree, I took his card and called around to assure I was getting a good service. I called him back as he was the better for me in what I was needing. I spoke with Jennifer, very professional she set my appt. & Jacob came out right away. The very next day the crew came out. They not only cut the trees down but also removed the trees, put all of them through a ripper machine and also got rid of all the stumps.
