“I don’t know why this company received so many 5 stars and how can they receive 5 stars. They agree to complete my project in 3 weeks and they actually took 8 weeks. See the pictures for the job they’ve done! I worked with many contractors and they are absolutely the worst I’ve seen. They wrapped our floor so well with all the papers and blue tapes, which also another thing I am not comfortable with. They charged us on this, they waste materials on this and they make tons of trashes on this. Our floor was not in good shape at all, such a waste.”

“I do not recommend this company. The owner was rude, unprofessional, and openly admitted they often perform work without permits, dismissing people who follow the rules as being “overboard.” The company was hired by CloverLeaf Property Management, who were similarly unprofessional, and together they dragged out a straightforward issue for over five months before finally confirming that no permit was required. The water heater installation they handled resulted in a leak, consistent with other reviews noting that their work often has to be redone, and the PRV they replaced failed within six months and had to be replaced again. In my experience, the combination of poor workmanship, disregard for regulations, and lack of accountability makes both of these companies ones to avoid.”

“I had the two full houses rehab done by A&R now. I can say with confident from my own experience that A&R is one of the best service and quality around San Antonio. Overall outstanding work, done professionally, promptly, and at a very affordable price. From the begging to the end, the process is super easy. Robert is fabulous at listening to clients needs. He has been offering great recommendations to improve the job. For example, one of the living room is in a weird shape. We discussed what to do with it. His idea looks better and a few thousand dollars cheaper than mine. What a save. As a matter of fact, A&R finished both my job under my budget. For example, when I thought the roof should be replaced, Robert offered a candid opinion that roof may still have 3 to 5 years. My property manager is very happy too, the house was rented out in less than a week. Apparently the tenant also likes his work. I've recommended them to all my friends.”

They have done everything from tape and float and texture to replacing windows & make ready. They do a great job & very reasonably priced.
