Patriot Plants And Trees

Patriot Plants And Trees runs tree service work out of Cibolo, TX. Shane leads the crew and handles jobs like canopy thinning on live oaks, regular tree trimming, storm cleanup for downed limbs, and full removals such as large elm trees. The crew also clears away trimmings and debris once the cuts are done. Shane sometimes brings his son along on the jobs.

Homeowners call on them for sculpting thick canopies so the trees end up looking shaped and clean. Shane and the crew have trimmed properties on a two to three year cycle and handled urgent storm damage where limbs blocked yards. They finished one big elm removal and left the site clear. Reviewers note the trees look better after the work and the debris gets hauled off without extra mess.

Shane answers messages fast and lines up start dates within a week or two after giving an estimate. Crew members stay courteous on site and finish the cuts in short order. Estimates come in at a level customers find reasonable. One review flagged a three day delay on an estimate plus a visit that ignored a request to avoid knocking during daytime sleep hours, along with a text about not wanting the job.

Google shows a 5 star mark from 7 reviews, with most comments praising the finished tree shape and speed. A single low mark calls out poor timing and follow through. Recurring notes cover clean results on the trees and quick crew work alongside that one complaint on scheduling. DIRT Score 2.7 from 7 reviews on Finds.

“Shane and his crew did an absolutely amazing job on thinning the expansive live oak canopy at my home. My trees look like giant bonsai trees. Beautiful!!!”

“Have used Shane and Patriot numerous times over the past few years. I typically trim my trees every 2 to 3 years and they are my first call, they’ve also been used a few times with a storm when I’ve had downed trees and limbs. Shane‘s always quick to reply his crew is very courteous and they knock out the job in a very quick amount of time. He’s usually able to start within a week or two of the estimate, which is always been fair.”

“Shane and his team are great at what they do! My trees look super sculpted. They also removed all debris and trimmings. I highly recommend them”

“They trimmed some trees for me today. Shane and his son were awesome! Nice to have someone who takes pride in there work, im very happy and cannot say enough nice things about them”

“Don't use this guy. First he's 3 days late to give me an estimate. Then I tell him not to knock on my door since I sleep days but he shows up anyway and rings my doorbell. Very unprofessional. Then my wife tells me he texts her saying he doesn't want to trim my trees? What a clown.”

“Very professional. Shane and his team took down a huge elm tree down for us. I recommend them for any job you have”
