Taylor Made Outdoors

Taylor Made Outdoors handles tree service and landscaping work out of Colleyville, Texas. Jerry runs the crew along with Chase and Avery. They take on tree removal, irrigation fixes, sod laying, flower bed installs, putting green setups, and Christmas light hanging. The business also covers lawn grading, shrub and tree overhauls, and full yard cleanups with haul away.

Homeowners bring them in for older landscapes that need total refresh, new custom planting beds around the house, and backyard putting greens that fit the space. Jerry helped one couple sort priorities after a move and checked in often so no one wondered about next steps. Chase oversaw a front yard job that added sprinklers and plants in two days. Avery drew layouts that led to big shifts in yards where guests now comment on the look. Crews cleared old trees and shrubs, laid fresh sod after grading, and hung lights without delays.

They answer calls the same day and return quotes inside twenty four hours. Crews show up on time, work straight through, and leave sites clean with everything hauled off. Jerry stays in touch during jobs and keeps a steady tone even when other trades slow progress. Pricing came in below several other bids on comparable work, and the team followed through on fixes like turf replacement at no added cost.

The Google listing shows a five star rating though with no reviews posted there. Reviewers keep mentioning the team's professionalism, detail focus, clean results, and quick responses on irrigation, beds, and outdoor builds.

“My wife and I moved to Southlake a few months ago and the home exterior was in desperate need of some love. Jerry not only came out multiple times to help us build out our vision but was also a great guide on what we should prioritize on the property. He was overly communicative along the whole process and there wasn't a moment where my family was wondering when someone was going to show up and work on the property. His team was extremely professional and we are grateful that they were able to complete everything during the heat wave. From a price perspective, we compared them to a multitude of other competitors and did not feel like we were being slammed with the Southlake tax (his pricing was fair and he was extremely transparent on what was going where for costs) Overall, we were able to re-sod the whole property, update the landscape lights, regrade the yard to optimize play space for the children, fix drainage and runoff issues, clean our landscape beds, fix our irrigation system (had multiple large leaks that were eating into our water bill), and come up with an ongoing maintenance plan. All of this was over a span of TWO weeks. I have never had the pleasure of working with”

“Outstanding Putting Green Installation! Taylor Made Outdoors just completed the backyard putting green of my dreams, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! From start to finish, this was an exceptional experience that exceeded all my expectations. Jerry Eitel and his talented team worked within our budget to design a putting green that perfectly complements our backyard space. It's everything I ever wanted and more. What impressed me most was their professionalism throughout the entire process - the work crew arrived punctually every day and showed tremendous respect for both our property and our neighbors during construction. The project management was top-notch. The project manager checked on progress twice daily and always took time to address any questions or concerns I had. You could tell the entire crew took genuine pride in their work and was committed to building something truly special. The quality of materials used is clearly top-grade, and every aspect of the project was thoughtfully planned and executed. The attention to detail is evident in the finished product, and I'm confident this putting green will provide enjoyment for years to come. I can't recommend ”

“Love Taylor Made landscaping! Jerry listens about what you want, provides valid suggestions, and follows through like the pro that he is!”

“Jerry and his great team are top notch and I will definitely use them again. They were asked to install landscaping at my new house at a less than ideal time when other trades hindered their progress. Jerry was nothing but positive with a can do attitude when he could have legitimately been disgruntled about it. He and his team were constantly wanting to make sure I was happy during the process. Quality was excellent. I have zero complaints.”

“Taylor Made (TM) over delivered in their engagement with us. That over delivery began with their immediate response to our need for an assessment of our landscape and promptly provide a recommendation and quote. TM came out the same day and returned a quote in less than 24 hours. Amazingly, the quote was less than several other well-known companies. Within a few days we had a lush new yard with extensive ground cover, and repositioned trees in just a few days. The transformation of our yard was amazing. The best part is that a couple weeks later, the TM team came back to inspect the yard and replaced some of the previously-laid turf (at no additional cost) because THEY were did not like the way it looked. Our yard is so beautiful now, that we’ve asked them to redo our back patio, which work will commence in a few days. In summation, hire TM… it’s been one of the better house decisions we’ve made.”
