“Carlos and his team showed up this morning right on time and ready to work! The crew quickly unloaded the truck, located the planting areas, and got straight to work. From start to finish, the entire job took no more than an hour. Their workmanship, dedication, and commitment to providing an excellent customer experience were outstanding. We absolutely love our newly planted trees and look forward to enjoying them for many years to come. Carlos and his team are truly top-notch, and I would gladly hire them again. Highly recommended!”

Chase Dean & Anthony Nguyen took their time with me to make selections for my project and were both experienced with so much knowledge of all the trees and plants to choose from to be the perfect fit! “I have been using Moon Valley Nurseries since 2022. I absolutely love them. I have never had a bad experience with any of their employees. I landscaped my entire backyard after we put in a pool; we have turf, and I was very impressed with how clean they kept the site during the planting process. The planting crew was very kind and professional, and I couldn't believe how fast they planted all the trees. We purchased very large trees for privacy, and it was amazing to me that they did it all with hand trucks and smiles. The sales crew were knowledgeable, and if they didn’t know the answer, they looked it up or asked an arborist. No pushy sales or BS just to get you to buy trees. They truly seem to want to sell you plants and trees that will actually work for your yard or space. The management and arborist are OUTSTANDING!! Rich Abate and Bret Monakino are truly some of the best people I have ever worked with. Their combination of knowledge and desire for complete customer satisfaction is unmatched! “Moon Valley Nurseries in Conroe has the best selection of trees and has exceptional customer service! Jonathan K., our Design Specialist, is extremely knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with. He helped us select a perfect Leyland Cypress tree for my 95-year old father who wants a forever Christmas tree planted for our grandchildren. Brian and his team were also a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job planting our tree. Brian helped us select the perfect spot for the tree and was thorough in checking important things like soil quality, location, as well as adding gravel and nutrients at the bottom to avoid root concerns. Excellent work! Five star service from start to finish! Because of our outstanding experience with Moon Valley Nurseries in Conroe last week, we returned to purchase more trees. “My moms favorite orange tree died the last freeze we had. So I went by to get her a new one for her birthday. I was greeted by Jonny and he was just awesome! He is very knowledgeable about everything there and showed me which one was the perfect one to get and how to make sure we take the best care of it! “Beware. They do not stand behind their trees. We were sold a tree that had been damaged on the trunk in their lot. You could physically see the damage but we were assured by their smooth talking salesman that we had nothing to worry about. A small storm, 25 mph wind, and the tree after being established and planted for just over a year snapped in half. As is clearly visible in the attached pictures, the center of the trunk was completely rotten from the damage years before. The tree should have never been sold. When I notified the nursery of this, after accusing me of many other “possible” issues, they eventually called back to say they would not be honoring anything. Many other tree nurseries in the area that are honest, have better products at cheaper prices, and more pleasant to do business with than these folks.”

“Sam Baggett came out this morning to assess our trees and plants, and he arrived right on time. As an arborist, he was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He walked us through everything, let us know our trees and plants were in good shape, and shared helpful tips for caring for them between visits and keeping our trees sturdy through hurricane season. We really appreciated his time and expertise. Great experience overall, and we'd definitely recommend him!”
