Had to call them to ask them if they were still coming. Not very professional or reliable. Update: I posted my honest review and they proceeded to: - Intimidate me by mentioning their lawyer - Attack me - Guilt me - Make excuses instead of taking responsibility and attempting to resolve it. Nothing I said was a lie. I wasted 2 hours of my day, no communication, and they then proceeded to harass me instead of taking responsibility and attempting to resolve it professionally. Maybe if they weren't harassing customers from leaving real reviews, someone could have save me the time I spent today.
