Express Tree Trimming

Express Tree Trimming is a family owned tree service outfit based in Dallas that covers the full DFW Metroplex and nearby spots. They handle complete tree work including trimming limbs, taking down large trees, grinding stumps, and hauling everything away. The company advertises free same day estimates along with discounts for qualifying customers. Reviewers note that estimator George shows up the next morning after a call and uses a laser to mark out the exact work needed before crews arrive.

Homeowners call them for overgrown trees that need trimming and grinding, huge trees that have fallen across yards, stumps sitting between decks and fences, and emergency limbs that land on roofs during storms. Crews including Jacky, Cesar, and Jose Luis cut branches, saw trunks, open canopies on live oaks, and finish stump removal in tight spots without extra damage. Multiple customers say the same crew or a follow up team returns the next day when a job runs long and leaves the lawn and street cleaner than before they started.

They keep to scheduled times or arrive early, finish most jobs the same day or the next without asking for upfront money, and stay in touch about delays from weather. Pricing comes in fair and often lower than other bids received, with one reviewer noting a senior discount. Work happens across the Dallas Fort Worth area on regular weekdays and even emergency calls on weekends. Crews bring their own ropes, tools, and equipment to handle big branches safely.

The Google rating sits at 4.9 from 1181 reviews. Reviewers keep mentioning how crews stay polite, work fast, stick to budgets, and leave no debris behind.

“This is the second time I have used this company. They came out gave me a far est. And although the weather caused a delay they was on top of it. They arrived on time and went right to work. They were professional and extremely polite. They cleaned up afterwards making the lawn look nicer than they arrived. Thank you for your professionalism”

“The crew did an outstanding job. Very professional, and left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. They were on time and exceeded my expectations. Will definitely use your company again. I have used your services many times in the past and I have had great service each time.”

“Express did a great job trimming and grinding several overgrown trees. Punctual and thorough, they made the experience easy for me. There was no delay - estimate on one day, did the job the next. Pricing was fair. I would recommend them for your next tree trim. Thank you Express TT!”

“The Express Tree Trimming crew came out and did an excellent job removing a huge tree that collapsed into my yard. They were careful, considerate and polite. Best of all they made sure no further damage occurred. Great job, would highly recommend them”

“I am extremely well satisfied with the customer friendly service and very reasonable price provided to me by Express Tree Service. At the free estimate appointment, I was provided with a copy of their liability insurance coverage, photos of proposed service, and cost of service. On the day of service, a 3 man crew worked approximately 8 hrs on cutting branches, trimming limbs, sawing up large trunks, and cleaning up debris in the front yard. At the completion of the job, the crew hauled away all cut and trimmed tree branches and limbs. My front yard was as the saying goes was thoroughly “spic and span.” Express Tree Service and its crew are very professional and care about their customers. I will definitely use this tree service in the future.”

“Absolutely the most amazing team I’ve ever hired to do a job …Team worked ahead time … finished in one day through phase 1 and Phase II ..The cost did not exceed my budget……this company gets 10 stars …”

“This is my fourth time using Express Tree Service. They cut down 2 trees and stump removal (not complete in pictures) for both. They were on time, efficient, and did very good. The guys racked my yard from extra debris. I highly recommend them hands down.”

“I give 5 stars because out of about 6 different estimates, Express Tree Trimming beat all of them. The crew arrived before their scheduled time and got right to work. They weren't able to complete the tree removal job in 1 day, so they told me they would be back the next day (no, they didn't not ask for any money that day), so a different crew arrived the next morning on time and knocked it out. All the guys were friendly and experienced. I will recommend to anyone and will be using them again.”

“We a fantastic experience with this tree company! They were a pleasure to work with—professional, skilled, and incredibly efficient. The team worked quickly and their expertise was evident in every step of the process. The customer service from phone call , to estimate , to execution highly recommend them to anyone in need of tree services!” Thanks Jacky , Cesar , Jose Luis”

“I called for a free estimate and George showed up the next morning. He was very professional and well dressed, used a green laser point to accurately record all of the services that I required. The crew showed up the same day with professional and clean tools, ropes, and a variety of things at their disposal to remove large branches from my 2 oak trees without breaking anything at all. They even cleaned up when they finished (yes this is shocking for me from my experiences with many different contractors). I am blown away by Express Tree Trimming and will hire them again. 5 stars all the way.”

“Express tree trimming was professional and quick to get the trees cut down. They cut 3 trees down and cleaned up the mess the next day the came to grind the stumps out. I will definitely use them again.”

“This company came out on an emergency call Saturday 2024 during Labor Day weekend. The crew of three men were polite and extremely quick/efficient taking heavy tree limb off my roof that shook my entire house when it fell and crushed one of the attic vents. They also cut down rest of dangerously leaning tree from severe wind storm!! Express Tree accomplished the roof tree limb removal, cut down remaining tree and cleaned up debris during 98 degree weather! We got ahead of the next storm that happened Today (Tuesday) with roofing company rushing out as well and covering up roof on Sunday. I would highly recommend Express Tree!!”

“This is the second time I've used this company in 7 years. They're really do a wonderful job!!! I have a huge tree in the back yard, prob 70 feet tall, that was growing over the house. They lifted it, thinned it out and shaped it. Now I don't have to worry about roof damage from storms. They gave me a fair price, hauled off the tree limbs, raked and cleaned the yard. Outstanding!”

“Excellence describes the service I received. The team did everything requested. They cleared out all debris. Will definitely use them again if needed.”
