Solano Services Tree Trimming + Removal

Solano Services Tree Trimming + Removal runs tree work from Dickinson, Texas. John handles the crew and the calls for trimming and full removals on residential and commercial properties across Galveston, Harris, and Brazoria Counties. The business stays fully insured and lines up free estimates through 409.974.0724 seven days a week.

Homeowners bring them in for palms and oaks that have grown out of hand, dead trees that have snapped onto lines, and trunks leaning toward roofs or fences. John and the crew take down the trees, grind stumps, clear limbs, cut grass, pull weeds, and lay sod. Brian runs the stump grinder on several jobs. After the work, yards look cleared with no scraps or damage to buildings, lines, or plants left behind.

They answer texts the same day and often send a quote after walking the property that afternoon. Crews show up the next day or soon after, keep owners posted with updates and videos, and finish on the agreed price. Service stays inside those three counties, and estimates stay available every day of the week.

Reviews give five stars for showing up on time, finishing without extra mess, and handling tight spaces around houses or utilities. Customers note the crew protects roofs and yards during cuts and stump work, sends fair numbers, and leaves the site tidier than they found it.

“10 STARS across the board! Where do we start…From the minute I texted the number on John’s website, he responded that day and came over to assess the property. John’s knowledge of all our trees, weeds and shrubs is amazing! He gave us a no nonsense and thorough recommendation in how to safely trim the overgrown palms, pecans, oaks and more. This morning he and his crew came out and WOW. It is a beautiful canvas, and to watch the skill that goes into trimming the palms was fun. It’s truly an art. Once finished, John cleaned up the property so well and we can’t thank him enough! His company will be the only one we use from now on. Very professional, great pricing and they didn’t use spikes on our trees which is so important to us. Thank you John!”

“We had a lot going on in our lives and we're not able to keep up with yard work. We talked to Mr. Solano and he came right out to give us a quote and walk the property with us. They came out and got us taken care of in a timely manner and was very communicative the entire time. After the work was done it was like a whole new property. Trees trimmed, grass cut, weeds destroyed, and they even took care of the poison Sumac for us. They did amazing work and I definitely recommend them 100% I will continue to use Mr. Solano's services in the future. Terry”

“The tree in my backyard was leaning toward my home so it needed to be removed. Solano Services crew was absolutely amazing. They removed the tree, grind the stump, trimmed back tree limbs from another tree, and cleaned up everything before they left. Other than the shavings where the stump had been, you would never have known there had been a tree there. They were fast, efficient, and professional. They far exceeded my expectations!”

“Solano Services did a great job! A dead tree had broken in half, with the top section falling onto utility lines and hanging above a fence. They removed the tree safely without causing any damage to the lines or the fence. They were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing tree work done.”

“They came out and did an amazing job trimming our *very* over grown trees & laying sod. From the first contact they were very professional and explained everything. Also, very responsive and answers communicatI on on a timely manner. I will definitely use them again & recommend them to anyone needing these services.”

“Absolutely amazing to deal with, prompt, thorough and definitely pays attention to detail. Solano Services, i would say are the best in the business in the area and also has a strong network of other services that if needed at a moments notice do their absolute best to be available. For instance, I was out of town and during the tree trimming John noticed there was a cracked water spigot that was leaking heavily in the back yard, i was sent a video and had recommendations in minutes and it's that kind of attention to detail that sets solono services apart from the rest.”

“Performed the work exactly as agreed upon for the price agreed upon. Final result exceeded my expectations! Clean up was excellent, not a twig left behind! Will use again in a heartbeat!”

“John and his professional crew trimmed our trees and shrubs today. They were very punctual upon their arrival, which we admired! The team did a fabulous job! My husband told me "I always wanted the trees to look nice, and they made it happen!" We were impressed by our whole experience with Solano Tree Services and will use them again in the future! Thank you!”

“John and his crew are top notch. From quoting to final clean up, he was punctual, professional, hard working and honest. If you need tree work of any kind done, this is the man for the job. They took down a massive oak that was hanging over my house in a safe and timely fashion, and then had the stump ground and cleaned up in no time. Awesome price, and just one of the best crews I’ve had the pleasure of using and working with in a long time. 5/5 all across the board!”

“I am a widow and while trying to clean up my property, I noticed some trees down on a steel storage building all the way in the back of my property. I immediately contacted Mr. Solano to come out and give me an estimate for removal, because I know his team is licensed, bonded, insured, and they have the skills and qualifications to remove trees without further damage to buildings. Mr Solano came out immediately, gave me a very fair estimate and explained the procedure to be done for cut out and removal. Within 2 days his team was at my home, bright eyed and bushy tailed, and within an hour, everything was completed! Mr Solano even took video and sent to me (while I was sitting inside) of the minimal damage the fallen trees had caused to my storage building. Solano Services goes above and beyond in my opinion, and does so with care and consideration for their customers! I have used them a few times to remove trees, and do other small jobs, and they have always been very fair, and taken care of the jobs with the utmost care of my property. I will continue to use Solano Services for my property needs, and I urge you to give them a call and talk to them if the nee”

“Great experience, very informative and kept me up to date on when they could show up to remove a tree they was partially on my house. The tree was removed with no issues. Very smooth process all around. It’s nice knowing that an awesome company like Solano Services is local as well. I will not hesitate to call them again! Thank you!”

“Solano Tree service was professional and courteous from the 1st phone to job completion. Mr. John and his crew arrived on-time and ready to work. They took the upmost care to protect my roof during tree removal and trimming and took the same care of my yard during stump grinding and hauling off debris. They left no trash or trimming and did an excellent job of cleaning up once their work was complete. My property (yard, patio, driveway) was more tidy when they left than before they started. I wish I could give more stars because Solano Tree does excellent work and is professional.”

“Great experience every step of the way! Last Tuesday, John arrived on time to view the scope of work (remove a tree, grind the stump, remove vines from tree, clear brush). He provided a reasonable estimate and next day availability. He and his tree technicians arrived on time the next day. They were respectful of my property, kept me informed on their progress, very efficient, and spectacular clean up. I highly recommend their services and I will not hesitate to use their services again.”

“John and his crew were great. Two large oak trees in a small space to cut down. Great job, no impact to any plants or anything as the big limbs and trunk came down. The stump grinder, Brian, they had was great as well, took great care not to dame anything close to the stumps, clean up was great as well. Entire job completed in less than 4 hours. Price was good as well. Highly recommend.”

“I personally have never left a Google review for any business, but I had to for this one. They did such a phenomenal job at my property. We had a seriously overgrown yard, but they took care of it quickly and the work was amazing. I almost didn’t believe it was the same place I was looking at. Thank you so much Solano Services! I seriously can’t thank you enough.”

“First time using Solano Tree but will not be my last. The crew did a great job trimming two very large trees and did not leave any debris. They made sure that I was satisfied with the work before they started packing up their equipment. Wish I had some before and after photographs to show their great work.”

“This company did a great job removing a huge tree in our backyard. They were on time, very professional and extremely skilled for one the most dangerous jobs! They cleared all debree and cleaned the yard completely when finished. They are completely insured. We would recommend them and definitely use them again. Great job!”

“Mr Salano and his crew did an outstanding job removing two very tall pine trees at what I consider to be a very competitive price. They used a bucket truck and had a very professional tree trimmer that climbed with tree hooks. His expertise was outstanding as well as the entire crew. Very easy to work with and I highly recommend them. I would give more that 5 stars if I could.”

“Excellent service. Reasonable, fair quote. Efficient, thorough work. Courteous team. On time. Gentle recommendations for future work considerations with maintenance timeline. Thank you, Solano Services. - The Virgilios”

“We needed a large tree with disease and encroaching roots cut down in our backyard. Solano Services promptly showed up on time to quote the job. John walked our property and answered all of my questions - very professional. Because of this and because their quote was quite reasonable, we decided to use them for our job. They were able to quickly get us on their schedule. The crew showed up on time and did an excellent job. Their communication before, during and after was excellent. You would never know a tree was there. They even neatly stacked the wood for future use in our fire bowl. We will definitely use them for all future needs and refer friends and family to them as well. Thank you!!!”
