“James and his crew trimmed our trees in early December. He listened to our needs and went above and beyond, pointing out damage that we hadn't seen, working to optimize tree health (and not removing more than is good for the tree), and doing a complete clean up afterward. They have their own chipper, so no piles were left on site. They even made two trips to the landfill (we have big trees). Definitely plan on using them again!”

“I scheduled an afternoon appointment for a consultation the day before disaster struck. The tree I wanted trimmed fell down on to my powerline. After getting Oncur out to disconnect power, I called the main # @7:09pm to try and re-schedule for the morning, James answered immediately and they came out that night to clear a path for Oncur to reconnect power. “Have used Baker for major tree work in the past, but this time I needed dead limbs removed from two large oak trees, and some limbs trimmed that were overhanging my roof and alley. Not a large job by any means, but still Baker was responsive to my request and completed the job quickly and at a reasonable cost. “Asked Mr. Baker to come out to take a look at taking down a tree in the backyard that was precariously growing through power and utility lines and also to trim another big tall oak tree. Price quoted was amazingly reasonable and the work performed by the crew that came out was done professionally and quickly with 100% clean-up of the work site after they finished. Highly highly recommended. Mr. Baker is a very kind and easy-going man who is very flexible to work with. A+++++. He brought over a machine to take out the stump and root of the tree cut down as well as the stump and root leftover from another tree that was cut down by a different crew without any additional charge or question. “We needed three trees removed from our property (one very large, sick cottonwood, one dead tree, and one invasive tree positioned right next to our house and our neighbors new fence). We received an estimate from another well-rated tree service company and then one from Baker Tree. James Baker gave us an excellent price which also included removal of any dead wood in the other trees in our backyard. The Team who came on removal day was wonderful. Kind and professional. They did an excellent job (I am amazed at how much they completed in one day!) and left our yard cleaner than when they arrived. On their way out they noticed one of our front pine trees had a branch touching our roof and took the time to take care of that, too! Would definitely recommend.”

You can see how passionate and knowledgeable the main guy is about trees and he really put us at ease. He answered all of our questions and took his time explaining things to us. His guys did a great job with the actual tree trimming, I really couldn't be happier. They even did a detailed clean up after they finished. “I recently had 4 trees uprooted during the last storm. One fell on the house and the other into a row of shrubs. I didn't know how much damage had been done to the house so I called Baker Tree Service to see when they could come out. Not only was it a Sunday but it was Fathers' Day when I called and spoke to James the owner. He said he would be there within the hour to assess the damage and in about 30 minutes, James was in my front yard looking at the trees. He said that he and his crew would be out the next day to remove the trees and he quoted me a very reasonable price. On Monday he called to let me know they were on their way. They took every precaution to prevent any damage to the house or the yard. Within about three hours they were finished and had cleaned up all the limbs and debris and even ground the stump. I HIGHLY recommend Baker Tree Service because they gave me a great price and an immediate response.”

“The Sunday of the first Dallas storm with 71mph winds, Baker Tree Service saved me! They came within an hour after I called to report a huge branch dangling over my power lines and the neighbor's lines, deck and fence. They maneuvered the branch and other limbs through the narrow space without any damage to my property or my neighbors. They are the best!!!!
