Rockwall Tree Service

Rockwall Tree Service handles tree work in the Garland area. They take on tree removal, tree trimming, tree pruning, stump grinding and removal, shrub and bush trimming, and general tree maintenance for homes and businesses. The crew includes technicians such as Clayton and Jose who handle the calls and the on-site work. The company focuses on residential jobs like taking down large trees near structures or power lines and clearing stumps afterward.

Customers call for big tree removals when trees block views or show damage from termites. Some need large-scale trimming on mature trees or stump grinding after storms. Jose arrived on schedule for two big removals, ground the stumps, and left the area clean. Clayton has given quick quotes for trimming jobs on oversized trees and finished with full cleanup. Other requests include shrub trimming and safe cuts close to utilities, with crews using proper gear to avoid property damage.

Reviews note fast callbacks from the office and reasonable prices compared to other bids. Crews show up on time for most jobs, communicate during the work, and handle last-minute requests. Service stays in the local area with no mention of extended hours or specific days. Some customers report delays in follow-up calls or incomplete tasks like extra stump work or fence repairs when Clayton gets involved.

The listed reviews show strong marks for affordability, quick responses, and clean results alongside complaints about missed appointments and poor follow-through.

“Don’t use Rockwall tree services if you want effective service and communication. We have tried since May 29th to get Clayton to come fix the issues with out trees that were. Not properly secured when installed and now this has happened since the storm. We tried even yesterday to get in contact at the very least to remove the trees so we are fined by HOA but nothing not one response and now we are out over $500 and have to pay to re get the work done correctly. Run don’t walk away unless you want to be ignored when trying to communicate with this business.”

“Promises kept. Great price and immaculate cleanup. We will keep your info for future needs and referrals. Thanks”

“AMAZING!! We had two big trees on the side of our house that the city had asked us to remove because they were blocking the view of cars coming out of the alley. After getting three estimates, Rockwall Tree Service was the most affordable by far. I initially tried calling and was so glad they called me back quickly. Their communication was excellent and completely transparent throughout the whole process. Jose showed up right on time and did an awesome job removing both trees and grinding the stumps. The work was done safely, efficiently, and the area was left clean when they finished. Thank you! Highly recommend them”

“These guys are awesome! We have had trouble getting a response back from people who work on trees, but Clayton responded back very quickly and came by and gave us a very reasonable quote in a timely manner. We needed extensive tree trimming done on our large trees, and they did a great job. They made sure I was happy with their work and cleaned up everything afterwards. Will definitely use them again!!”

“This company is a very responsive and reliable company. They spoke with the most intelligent response. I would recommend this business 100% to anyone. You should check it out for yourself. I don't believe at all that you would be disappointed in any perspective. I would definitely use this company personally for myself.”

“Clayton cut a large tree down for me last spring. While he was here he offered to bid on building a fence for me which I excepted his bid. He did build the fence but never completed it and will not come back he also told me he would grind the stump further from the tree he cut down after I got the tree ring removed and he will not respond to my calls or texts nor will he come back and finish the job. Be careful using him for any large jobs he just says he us so busy he doesn’t have time to take care of me. It’s been months now.”

“Very quick response, great customer service and communication. I have already referred them to my neighbors and will be using them in the future.”

“I had 1 big tree in the front yard that got bad with termites just had to go. This company has great professional courteous workers who know what they are doing. My house didn't get damages from Any limbs or the tree falling. Highly recommend this company for any tree removal or tree service or planting or stump grinding.”

“Called this company to come and cut down some branches last week. I know its a busy time and maybe this isn't the biggest job in the world, but when you say you will show up to do a job and then dont bring all the necessary equipment to do the work and then tell me I will be back on Monday, horrible communication. I gave you every opportunity to just say I dont have the bandwidth. Sorry, but just horrible.”

“Clayton failed to return calls or show up for several appointments for a full month. Didn’t have the decency to let me know he wasn’t coming so I could schedule with another company. Very unprofessional !”

“The guys came out and were EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and courteous. They came to my moms house and cut down and removed an old tree that had been there for years and was dangerously close to a power line. Got the job done fast and at a great price point. If you ANY issues with trees on your property don't hesitate to give these guys a call!”
