“Such a great experience from initial text for a quote to final clean up! Alex was able to give me a quote within one day and trim up my tree the next, so within 48 hours my job was complete and with beautiful results for my one tree I needed handled. Listened to what I wanted and provided sound advise. Excellent yard cleanup when done and at an amazing price. You are greatly appreciated!”

“We are new to Alex Tree Service, but we have finally found someone that does what they said they were going to do. We had 3 trees trimmed up and everything looks so lovely, finally don't have to duck to get to my car. They were responsive, quick, fair price, cleaned up the yard and left it better than what it was. Thank you to the crew! Don't hesitate to use these guys!”

“We have used Alex Tree Service ever since they came out on an emergency call 4 years ago. They are now our go-to tree maintenance company for our condo association property. Alex gives clear and expert advice on our tree’s long term care, provides timely service at fair prices and has a seasoned crew who treat our trees and property like their own.”

“Most everyone has already said what a great job Alex and his crew do, I definitely agree. Two days after Alex came to give me a bid (and walked all around with me to learn exactly what I needed done), he and his excellent crew arrived, right on time, and once again we walked to the trees to show what was expected. They all worked hard and carefully (it can be quite a dangerous job), got it all done (including cleanup) in two hours, at a very fair price. I would certainly use Alex again if I had any issue with my trees.”

“Alex and his crew are the best! I've never had such a reliable, reasonably priced, and tree-considerate service company work at my property. Thank you, Alex.”

“I used Alex Tree several years ago for a very small job and they were good. I more recently used Alex Tree for a big job, taking down a splitting, precarious, tall tree between two homes. They arrived on time and with very professional, attractive looking equipment. The owner, Alex, was on site, easy to talk to and happy to answer my questions. His crew knew what to do. Very polite crew. It was almost like a ballet to watch them tackle the tree. Each person knew what the other needed at the precise time. They treated my home, as well as my neighbor’s home, with courtesy, safety, and intelligence. After the job was complete, they cleaned up my yard and roof as well as my neighbor’s and then proceeded to clean up the adjacent sidewalks and streets. I found them to be very fairly priced, and I strongly recommend them to you.”

“Alex’s tree service is amazing and I highly recommend. I’ve used him over the last 3 years - from many emergency situations, large trees that fell into homes, major fire & brush clearing and budget planning. He is probably the quickest vendor I’ve worked with on response time & communication. His prices are competitive and he is great to work with.”

“As an Apartment Manager I often need tree trimming, canopy lifts, broken limb removal and dead tree removal. Alex's Tree Service is fast, affordable and professional. They take care of the job safely and they clean up leaving no trace! I highly recommend Alex.”

“Alex is the best! His crew is professional and fast. I had an emergency with a tree falling on my roof. Everyone else I called was pretty unhelpful. He came out the next day and removed it masterfully without causing any more damage to the roof. I used him for my new house, and he was great. Punctual and fairly priced.”

“Alex is great! I called him for a quote and he was able to come by quickly to size up the job. He and his crew arrived promptly the next morning and removed one very large and rotted pecan tree that was next to the house. They trimmed up another tree in the front and then cleaned up all the debris. Everyone in the crew was very polite and professional. I’d highly recommend Alex for anyone that needs tree services.”

“Alex and his crew are professional, friendly, careful and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for more from a tree care company. I asked them to come trim two large heritage Live Oaks on my property which had been neglected for many years. They showed up on time, got straight to work and did a great job of making them look nice again. Would recommend.”

“Alex and his crew were amazing. Showed up day after I called for something that was nowhere near an emergency, and got to work. Was done within the hour and offered the best price I could find in Austin. Will definitely use his company again. Thank you, Alex!”

“From the moment I talked to Alex, everything was amazing. He came to the house. He gave me a very reasonable quote. He and his crew came out the next morning and finished everything. It all looks fantastic. I couldn't be happier with him!”

“Alex made time to meet with me just 15 minutes after we'd first connected. His assessment of the work was spot on, and his pricing was very competitive. On the date of our appointment, Alex and his team arrived and were set up right on time. They worked carefully and thoroughly, and walked me through what to expect while the work was occurring. Very happy with Alex's work, and look forward to working with him in the future.”

“Excellent service. I submitted my inquiry on the weekend, and I still got a text response within an hour. The quoted price was good, and we confirmed a time a couple days out. Alex and his crew showed up right on time, did a great job and were fast, and I paid him the agreed price. I wish all Austin contractors were as reliable and trustworthy.”

“Alex and his crew were great. Efficient, kind, careful to not damage fencing, and cleaned up all the debris. Price was much more reasonable than other quotes we got. They removed a tree and trimmed up several others. Alex gave recommendations on what work what necessary and what wasn't. Overall very satisfied - thank you!”

“Alex and team did an amazing job removing two trees from our property. They arrived promptly at 8 am and were done by early afternoon. They were very careful with our patio furniture and left everything as they found it. You wouldn’t even know they were there minus the two trees being gone! Communication and scheduling were fast and easy. Would recommend”

“Thought our live oak was going to actually pull through from the winter storm a couple of years back, sadly that wasn’t the case and it recently died. Alex and his crew came out the day after we reached out for services. They did a great job, were timely, the clean up was thorough and the price was extremely fair. Will be calling them again for future tree needs!”

“Dependable, super job, friendly crew, reasonable price!!! Have used Alex's Tree service for ten years. Consistent good!!!”

“Alex's Tree Service has great customer service, they do things the right way. Safe and tidy. They have a wood chipper they can bring onsite and they take great care in leaving little mess behind. I've had them take down a large dead tree in my front yard and I called them again to take out some trees that had grown up in my backyard fence line. I couldn't recommend them more.”
