“We had a great experience overall with this lawn company. Tyson and the crew removed our dying boxwoods and replaced them with 11 Burford hollies. The installation was professional, everything looked great, and the crew did quality work. The only issue was that one of the new hollies died within a couple of weeks. When I contacted Tyson, I was told it would cost $250 to replace it. Because of that, I recommend asking about the warranty and replacement policy before having work done so you know exactly what is covered if a newly installed plant doesn’t survive. Overall, we’re happy with the quality of the installation, but I would encourage future customers to clarify the warranty terms upfront.”

The team worked incredibly hard, putting in long hours from early morning until late evening for three straight days.
