“I was really concerned about taking down this tree because it had grown into three separate trunks and no matter which way it fell, something important was coming down with it. We had put in a new entrance on one side, had a 200 year old oak on the other side and a fence on the third side. I watched for hours as this crew worked flawlessly to take each portion down. Each section was roped and anchored, each cut was discussed and expertly executed. The fact that they got this down with no disasters is. Nothing short of a miracle—and I watched for hours as it came down. I could have wished that it took less time, but they didn’t waste a minute… and it was worth it. “Trent assessed each tree and cut them so they would grow back correctly after Oncor sent a crew out and butchered 6 of my trees a week ago. In hopes of saving the cypress tree, it was untouched to see if it would survive the shock and reevaluate after 6 months. “I spoke with Billy as he and the tree crew were trimming a neighbor’s trees. I asked about the cost to take down a tree behind my fence line that was leaning badly into my fence and had already ruined multiple pickets. He gave me what I thought was as honest price and said he would get me on their books in a week or so. He called later that day and said they’d had a cancellation so they could come. They were wonderful! They took great care with my property and had that tree down in no time. All of the crew were polite and cleaned up well after the job. He came out to the house and assessed the situation and had numerous suggestions for us. Shrubs had to be removed and trees needed pruning. There bid was reasonable and there was no pressure. We accepted the bid and three days later they sent out a crew and in one day, the work was done.they were very easy to work with and cleaned up the yard and we were very pleased with the results.
