“Everyone here is friendly and honest. I take my John Deere generator here every year to get a PM (oil change, filter change, etc.) completed. I've never had any issues. I am able to park my equipment behind their fates and that makes me feel better about leaving my assets there on site. RDO Equipment has a customer for life. Call ahead and make sure they can get you in for service. They are busy all of the time. I'm November 2020, they were 3-5 days out on service.”

“Now I've never had any business here. But this morning I ran out of gas (before business hours mind you) and found myself in their parking lot. At one point an older gentleman in a white f150 backed his truck up nearly into me. Gets out the car and tells me to move my car. I inform him I can't because I'm out of gas, he proceeds to give me lip and mumble under his breathe like I inconvenienced him parking 2 spaces over. So if I did ever need anything from your store specifically, I'll definitely be going elsewhere because of that jagoff. It doesn't take any effort to be kind, he should learn that.”
