“Great Company. Very friendly providers and willing to explain services. A little dissatisfied as Pest Control doesn’t cleanup webs knock any nests where the specialist can’t reach. I wasn’t informed when I switched from my previous provider who did an excellent job on my exterior. Other than that, great but ask questions!”

“I don’t know who my technician is but he has cancelled my service date 3 times. Each time for reasons that do not exist. Said that there were landscapers on my property when he showed up. Well I do all the landscaping so there’s no way that’s true. I see all the good reviews but at this point my tech hasn’t been to my property since the very first treatment. The also said they should up and did an aeration which did not happen. I have cameras on my property and no one showed up the day they marked it complete. I wish I had the same experience as many others but at this point this company is just a scam.”

The only suggestion I have for Tru-Green is to provide their technicians with leaf blowers to allow them to clear sidewalks, porches, and concrete areas of Fertilizer pellets that inevitably appear every time pellet applications are made.”

He literally spent 5 minutes total parked in our property to do a lawn fertilization and weed control, which means he spent 3 minutes doing the actual job. There is a lot of areas with not a single fertilizing pellet and I never saw him holding the spray for weeds.”

“Yesterday 05/11/2023 I terminated my Trugreen lawn services. They had completely destroyed my beautiful Saint Augustine lawn. TruGreen's customer service is a failure!!! I had made 4 calls requesting a supervisor, Manager or Lawn expert to come to my property and look at my lawn because its been deteriorating since 08/25/2022 after a Trugreen's lawn application. I did not receive a call from anyone regarding my requests until I threatened to cancel my subscription. TruGreen should be more attentive to their customers. I will include negative comments on TruGreen's website, the Better Business Bureau, and the Department of Customer Affairs.”
