“Stay far away from USA Silver Tree. First of all, I did NOT hire this company. They were working in our neighborhood when their crew dropped a massive tree trunk directly onto an electrical line. That caused a power outage and a power surge that damaged my home, destroying two TVs and other electronics. I could literally smell a burning smell coming from the back of my TVs right after it happened. All of this happened because of their negligence. Instead of immediately taking responsibility, they went straight into denial mode. At first they tried to blame our house and claimed “something on your end” caused the outage. On top of that, they told my wife they were too busy to deal with the situation. No concern, no apology, no professionalism. Their tone only changed once we showed them clear evidence that their crew caused the damage. Because the damage wasn’t big enough to go through insurance, we agreed over the phone on a settlement amount. Juan, the owner of the company, told us it could take 10–20 days but said he would try to get the money to us sooner. When the agreed time came, I spent the entire day at home waiting for him to show up with the payment. After making me wa”

“Juan is great - came out within 45 minutes of my initial call. We had an old magnolia tree fall due to the excessive weight of the ice from the storm. Juan came, quoted and had my tree down and off my house before lunch the following day! Very impressed with Juan and his brand! Great work! Give Juan a call and you will be treated like family!”

He gave us a great price and was able to complete our tree planting despite the tight deadline we gave him. “Juan and his team did a great job. Juan explained exactly what they were going to do and also let us know how to treat an issue with one of our trees. We will be using them again.”

“The team was very thorough. They did a great job taking down my 2 Silver Leaf Maples. Which were 35 feet high. They were dying and falling apart every time the wind got up. They arrived at 7:30am and were 100% done and gone by 1:30pm. That included clean up, haul off and stumps being ground up. The owner Juan is a a delight to work with. So when I’m ready to replant with new trees. I will be calling USA Silver Tree again.”
