Arborlogical - SavATree

Arborlogical SavATree runs tree service work out of Lubbock Texas. The company handles tree and shrub care with certified arborists on staff. Specific jobs include pruning, removal, stump grinding, cabling and bracing, fertilization, disease treatment, insect control, and lawn care services. Jonathan leads many of the crews that show up for these tasks and Dustin works alongside him on some properties.

Homeowners bring them in to take down large oaks planted too close to houses where roots already cracked water lines and threatened foundations. Crews also remove sick oaks, grind stumps flat, trim pecans for better shape, and handle storm damage calls. Regular feeding and pruning over multiple seasons turn weak trees around so they fill out and stay healthy. Jonathan and his men finish by raking every branch and leaf so the yard shows no sign of the work.

They show up when promised and talk through the plan before starting. Pricing comes in reasonable and sometimes lands below the written quote. Crews communicate during the job and leave the site cleaner than they found it with extra debris hauled away. Service stays in the Lubbock area and covers both one time removals and ongoing feeding contracts.

Reviewers give high marks for the skill of the crews and the way trees and lawns improve after the work. Most note the crews stay professional, finish on schedule, and keep prices competitive. A small number mention trouble reaching anyone to fix billing or card details. DIRT Score 4.3 from 27 reviews on Finds.

“Jonathan and his crew did an amazing job on our tree removal. (We had a large oak removed and the stump ground because it was planted too close to our home. The roots already broke our main water line and were encroaching on our foundation.) They were knowledgeable, professional, punctual and courteous. They were very fair and honest with their pricing. The quote was more than the price which was a nice surprise. We felt it was a great value and our yard looks a million times better. Not only did they remove the tree and stump but they cleaned every branch. Anyone who visits our home in the future would never know there was once a tree there. There isn't a spec of evidence! We highly recommend Arborological to anyone needing tree services.”

“These guys did and awesome job! We had them remove two large oak trees that were sick, and trim some other trees. The were very professional and easy to work with! Their price was very reasonable compared to the competition, and they worked very hard. We have used a few other reputable tree companies in the past, and I will likely be sticking with these guys moving forward”

“I have used Arborlogical Inc. twice to care for a large tree in my front yard. I will not use anyone else. Both times, the team has been professional, timely, communicated well with me, and has done a great job. My tree always looks great and is very healthy! I highly recommend!”

“Three intelligent physically fit professional men showed up with a bucket truck, chipper, and brush trailer. The trimming on the pecan trees was the result of great vision on the part of the crew Chief, Jonathan, and flawless execution on the parts of each of the Crew members. The trees are transformed. Simply magnificent work. They raked up after themselves, and left me some easily managed limbs in a tidy pile for me to cut with my cheesy electric chain saw fory smoker and fireplace. Would I hire again? Absolutely. Would I recommend? Yes. Without hesitation or reservation.”

“I have used Arborlogical for 3 years for feeding and pruning. My trees have gone from sad to very happy under their care. The folks at Arbological are very knowledgeable, professional and worth every penny in my opinion. They offer a discount for an annual pay-up-front contract, which I appreciate.”

“If I could give them 10 stars I would. They showed up quickly and tackled our problem trees. In no time the trees that needed to be removed were gone. The other tree was trimmed to look better than it ever has! Thank you so much Arborlogical Inc. We will be using you again!”

“Arborlogical Inc has provided several services for us over the years. Because of them we have been able to save one of our favorite trees. Jonathan and Dustin are very knowledgeable responsive and we call them for all of our tree and lawn needs.”

“The services they provide are not the problem, grass and trees look good but if you have any problem with payments or anything along those lines it’s a train wreck. Employees telling you to go the website but the website does not work, random bills for “extra services” when you’re supposed to be set up with monthly billing. Can’t get anyone to change the credit card for auto billing. And once I sold my home and cancelled services/pay off remaining balances I end up still having another charge on my card and can’t get anyone to respond back so I’m going to have to dispute charges through credit card company. Ultimately over 3 years having paid $1,500+ for services I don’t really think the results were close to worth it, especially the amount of headaches these people have caused.”

“Arborlogical always does a quality job every time. They have taken down a large oak and planted another tree for us. They do our deep root feeding for our trees and lawn care.”
