“I rarely write reviews, but John the owners of Rueda's Tree Farm recently delivered (literally) a level of customer service you rarely see anymore. The rapid cold snap last winter finally damaged six large Italian cypress in my yard to the point they needed to be removed. I settled on Taylor Junipers as the replacement, but was struggling to find them. John was probably the 6th or 7th call I'd made trying to locate the trees. Rather than just saying he didn't currently have any like all the prior calls, however, John offered to try some of his contacts and locate them for me. John sent me update texts over the next few days and finally called with news he's located the trees. Sent me pictures and offered to pick them up and deliver to my home the same day. I tried to pay him more than asked given his efforts to accomplish something I was failing at (locating the trees) but John insisted the price was fair and he didn't need more. When John delivered the trees (which looked great) he also answered a few questions I had around the yard. True above and beyond service!”
