“These guys are always easy to deal with when loading and unloading. Their yard personnel do great work and are always so cordial and professional. I never have any issues with RDO when I have a piece of equipment to pick up or deliver. The one thing that they do ask is that when you are delivering a piece of equipment they would like when you will be on-site to load or unload so just give them a call and give them a heads up.”

“I’m done with RDO McKinney. Change my 5 star review to one star. There’s a guy in parts, you’ll know who he is because he is always rude, doesn’t want to work, cold, unfriendly. When he can’t find a part or like today-it’s 4:35 pm and clearly doesn’t want to work. Once again, he hung up on me. Called back, no answer. Straight to VM. This has happened Multiple times with my company and I know a few other shops who have the same problem. RDO is not the only Deere parts house in the world. I’ll buy from someone else and have parts drop shipped. I really don’t have time for these games. It sucks because there are some really good people at RDO. No point calling the parts manager; he will just stick up for him. Between my business and my clients accounts- We have spent Millions at RDO the last 5 years. This business relationship ends today. We called out for field service 2 weeks ago. The girl who answered the phone was not nice, very rude, short and unprofessional. Seems like nobody is happy working at this location. I’m done. This is so stupid.”

“Multiple terrible experiences especially parts, every time I walk in I feel like I’m a burden and never feel welcomed, while coworkers joyfully speak to each other but give the customer attitude. Was chargerd over 100$ freight for a hose that took a week to arrive after being told it would be only 15$ in freight would rather find parts elsewhere then go oem because of this experience!”

“Came here to get some parts, and no one said anything to me when I walked through the door. I walked up to Spencer, who was sitting at his compiling by the door. Spencer acted like it was an inconvenience that I walked up to him to have him get my parts. As Spencer was looking up my parts, he would huff every once in a while like it was above him to be doing this. Spence told me he would have to see if they had my parts in stocks even though I called earlier, and I was told RDO McKinney had all the parts in stocks. Horrible customer service.”

“Was quoted parts through Matt gave him model number serial number you name it, upon getting the parts he quoted me the wrong ones which cost me 200$ more and had me running around Dallas searching for the right ones. Not sure if the entire workforce there is like this but if so wouldn’t recommend using them.”
