Jo Jo’s Bee Lawn & Tree Service

Jo Jo’s Bee Lawn & Tree Service handles tree and lawn work across Midland, Texas, and the wider Permian Basin. The business has operated for more than twenty years and covers tree trimming, removal, stump grinding, bush removal, lawn maintenance, irrigation design and installation, plus seasonal lighting. Jose runs the crew and keeps the operation insured while offering financing options through Wisetack.

Homeowners call them for removal of large pine trees and dead oaks in tight spots between houses or near roofs, with crews lowering limbs safely and avoiding damage. They trim forty-year-old trees front and back, grind stumps that sit in yards, clean up after dead tree cuts, and restore overgrown yards to a tidy state. Reviewers note the crews finish jobs that include limb work and yard cleanups without leaving debris behind.

Crews reply to requests the same day, provide quotes quickly, and schedule most jobs within a week even when prior work runs long. They serve Midland and Odessa, show up on time, and complete tasks in one or two days while working around wires and tight corners. Pricing lands at competitive levels according to accounts, and the team communicates adjustments ahead of time when weather affects the schedule.

The Google rating stands at 4.8 though drawn from limited input. Recurring comments focus on fast responses, safe handling of big trees, thorough cleanup, and consistent follow-through on requests for trimming and removal.

“Jojo’s tree services trimmed our trees, here in Midland -a couple years ago- our trees had never been professionally trimmed they are 40 years old and very, very big. They were so very diligent and professional about trimming all our trees front and back. They cleaned everything up very well and even came back at my request for one more big limb on our tree in the backyard-no extra charge. They are absolutely the most reasonable professional tree trimming service in our Midland area. I was very pleased with their estimate, care and professional services—highly recommend!! 🌲”

“I had JoJo’s Bee remove a huge pine tree that sat in between mine and my neighbors house. They took it down carefully and didn’t drop any branches on either of our roofs. They were fast, polite and safe. I would definitely use them again!”

“Workers did a good job trimming my trees. We had a bit of a language barrier…but it all worked out. Lost a few limbs I would liked to have kept, but was pleased with overall job at a competitive price. I would highly recommend using JoJo’ Bee Lawn and Tree Service.”

“I have used Jo Jo’s for over a decade over 3 properties. I’ve never been disappointed. They respond quickly, do an excellent job and leave with everything cleaned up.”

“When you want someone to show up and get the job done JoJo’s is the place to call. He replied to my inquiry the day I requested one and gave me a quote that day. Several others never replied and the ones who did never bothered to follow through with giving me quotes. They got me on their schedule within the week. Some adjustments had to be made due to prior jobs taking longer, but they still showed up and got the job done! Would recommend Jose 10/10! It was a giant tree in a tight corner and they got it all down with no damage to anything around it.”

“They helped cut down two large dead trees located in difficult places and cleaned up after. I was very pleased with the end result and it was finished in a timely manner. Very dependable!!!”

“I expected service to use some good judgment in trimming trees with respect to wires and trimming around shrubs. I found myself having to explicitly ask for what I wanted in detail or not get it. In particular, I cut several tree branches on my own after one call-back for not following instructions. The dead underbrush of oleander plants will also have to be cleared out by myself since only the tops where cut. The price paid would have been reasonable for a complete job if I didn't have to be the customer and boss. This business does pretty well with business management, so I suspect inexperienced crews may be the issue. I would recommend but only if you are ready to spell out everything and be present for the work - I wanted to pay and forget.”

“I requested a work order, they gave me a quote promptly, I authorized the work order, they came promptly & did the requested work. Perfect for a busy oilfield worker like myself whom doesn't have much spare time. 👍”

“Jose and his employees did a wonderful job trimming our trees and had very fair prices. We have gotten our trees trimmed at two different houses, one requiring a lot more trimming than the other. They were efficient and skilled, and cleaned up all the cut branches before leaving. I will definitely be referring him to friends!”

“These guys did a brilliant job on my trees at a fair price and arrived and had the job completed when they said they would. Would certainly recommend to anyone.”

“Jose and his crew did a very fine job The crew did not speak English but that was no problem because Jose help with that. I've used JOJo Bees several times in the past and have always been pleased with service, promptness and price. Thumbs up! Pat F.”

“I have used Jo Jo’s tree trimming service twice and have had a positive experience both times. I would recommend Jo Jo’s, and will be using them again.”

“Have been using JoJos bee service for many years love the owner. He came over to give me a quote on cutting a tree down and trimming my trees. His team was there the next day and finished in two days. They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend and I also discovered I have a water irrigation system, and I would’ve never known without JoJo and his team!”

“They responded fast and got us taken care of the same week we called them”

“JoJo went above beyond and left my place cleaner than I do. Thank you for your professionalism. Had some stumps removed by JoJo. Front yard looks great.”

“The crew did a great job on our trees and cleaned up after like they were never there.”

“I have used Jo Jo's Bee for my tree maintenance for years! They are consistent and professional on all levels. I usually text when I need a service and am replied to quickly. Depending on weather conditions, they are on the job or communicating with me ahead of scheduled event. Their staff work in unbearable conditions (heat/cold) and make me feel as if I am their only customer. Prices are fair and the job is completed in a timely manner. Thank you for your work in our community!”

“If you received one of those nasty letters from the city concerning your trees being lower than 16’ over the street, or you just need your trees trimmed, I have used Jo Jo Bee Tree Service for many years. They show up promptly, have the equipment to do the job efficiently and safely and clean up … not leaving a leaf behind. This year we trimmed my Oak trees a little early because of the nasty note from the city. I’ll be curious to see if their own houses comply.”

“Wow very nice job taking down all the trees and bushes! Smoothed out the areas involved and repaired everything that needed to be done. Great job JoJo Bees!”

“The guys came out to my home, and the yard was looking overgrown and if I must admit it, shabby. When the professionals finished their magic, it looked like my yard got a makeover. It was a pleasure working with you.”
