Sticks and Stones Land Management LLC

Sticks and Stones Land Management LLC runs tree service and land management work from Montgomery, Texas. David handles the crew and equipment for land clearing, mulching with a hydro ax, brush hog shredding, excavator demolition, Harley rake soil processing, stump grinding, tree cutting, trenching and pasture mowing. The outfit owns its machines, stays fully insured and carries the licenses required to haul everything. They also handle building pads, thinning, complete land scrubbing and different grades of clearing to fit development needs in the area.

Customers have brought them in to cut acreage exactly to spec, pull old fences plus overgrown vegetation ahead of new fence work, spread and compact crushed concrete into level surfaces, grind storm-damaged tree stumps and level the spots, clear barn pad sites while mulching undergrowth, turn wooded back lots into horse pastures by removing trees and roots and fixing deep mud holes, and clear backyards or other sections with mulching and leveling. Jobs have included fast Saturday turnarounds to meet Monday deadlines and full property cleanups after major storms.

Reviewers say David answers calls and messages quickly, keeps in touch throughout each project, sticks to the quoted price and timeline, and finishes early when possible. The crew works the Montgomery area and nearby spots such as FM 149, with owners noting reasonable costs and solid follow-through on both small and larger land tasks.

They helped us make major improvements at our dry storage facility by removing the old fence, clearing overgrown vegetation, and prepping the area for a new fence. Everything turned out exactly as we hoped. David was professional, communicative, and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. “We highly recommend Sticks and Stones as the company to use for all of your land management projects. We had all but given up on turning our back property into a pasture for our horse. Between all the trees we had to have removed, the roots left behind and a mud hole from hades, what we had envisioned seemed all but impossible. Then we called Sticks and Stones, Dave came out took a look and said “no problem we can get it done” and he did just that all within 3 days time and at a very reasonable price. Dave has now become our go to guy for just about everything….and through his networking he has been able to recommend us to other skilled tradesmen just as good as himself. I should also mention, last but not least but just as importantly, Dave always answers his phone. Thank you Sticks and Stones and Dave for making it happen for us. George & Lori Morrello”
