“Can't say enough good things about Bill & his crew. I often take care of my own tree work, but anything near the house sends me straight to Bill. His expertise is amazing when it comes to SAFELY removing trees from challenging locations, and their prices are very reasonable. They arrive when they say they will, they work quickly and carefully, then they clean up meticulously when they are done. These guys are true professionals, you will not find a better option for tree work in the greater Houston area.”

“I don’t have the heart to hurt someone’s business with a bad review but please be more considerate . You don’t own the road so don’t park at the entrance of the neighborhood blocking the view of oncoming traffic. If you are going to park directly at the front entrance making only one lane to pass then you need to have a flagger or move your truck.”

“Heard about a physical altercation involving the owner of the company in our neighborhood. Apparently he was yelling loudly at and shoving an employee, so the cops got called by worried neighbors. One of the neighbors left a negative review of the company and details about what happened and the owner's behavior. The owner responded with homophobic slurs and started to rant about politics (for reasons none of the neighbors understand). I still struggle to fathom how people get like this, and can think this stuff is professional behavior. I would encourage anyone to reconsider hiring these people. They may eventually delete all of their responses but homeowners should know what kind of business Arbor Brothers is.”

“The company was servicing a neighbor’s yard. I went outside because I heard intense yelling. The owner was screaming at and degrading his teenage son’s work and was being verbally and physically abusive. I saw him shove the rake, hitting the son, and causing him to fall off the curb. The son then was limping for the remainder of the time he was working due to this. Owner was rude while at the property and has posted numerous disgusting comments on his business FB page.”
