Integrity Tree Service

Integrity Tree Service runs tree work out of Pflugerville, Texas. Tim owns the company and handles the estimates and scheduling for removals, trimming, pruning, and stump grinding. Crew members such as Rolando, Nathaniel, and Steven work alongside him on the jobs. The business stays local and takes calls for both small trims and full tree takedowns.

Homeowners bring them in when trees lean toward houses after storms or when roots cause yard problems. Crews remove large pines, oaks, and sycamores close to garages and homes, then grind the stumps so the ground is ready for new planting. They also prune trees back to improve health and shape, dig out problem roots, and fill holes with fresh soil. After every job the crews rake the yard, blow off sidewalks and driveways, and haul away every branch and leaf.

Tim answers calls the same day and often drives out the next day to give a price. Crews show up on time, finish on the promised date, and keep the customer updated as work moves along. Prices land lower than other bids received on the same projects. They cover the Pflugerville area and squeeze in urgent removals when trees threaten property.

All 118 reviews rate the company at five stars. Reviewers note the crews work fast and safe even on big jobs, leave properties cleaner than they found them, and deliver fair prices without extra charges after the start.

“Tim and Rolando arrived on-time and made quick work of all of my trees. They were totally energetic in the blazing heat and very professional. They went well above my expectations as my yard looks great and they raked up all the leaves and used a blower to cleanup the sidewalk and alleyway. Definitely recommend this company for the BEST price out of 4 quotes. Half the price with -out compromising quality”

“Outstanding in every aspect! If you want quality work from an honest company, then Tim and Integrity Tree Service is the company for you! We had a tree root issue and a tree needing pruning. Knowing they would have to dig out parts of yard Tim offered the service of filling in with new soil and a hole we had in the front yard from losing a tree. The pruning of our tree is perfection! That is saying a lot coming from me since I am a perfectionist. Call Integrity Tree Service today!”

“We had an outstanding experience with Integrity tree service. They removed 6 very large pine trees from our yard and ground all of the stumps afterward. The crew was professional, punctual, and extremely skilled. Several of the trees were close to the garage and house, but they handled everything safely and efficiently with zero issues. They cleaned up all debris, raked the yard, and left the property looking better than before they arrived. The stump grinding was done thoroughly, and the area is now ready for new landscaping. Pricing was fair, communication was excellent, and the entire process was stress-free from start to finish. Highly recommend this company if you need tree removal or stump grinding done right.”

“I contacted Integrity Tree Service on a Tuesday and requested a quote for tree trimming. Tim responded quickly and came out the next day to provide the quote. They showed up on Monday, as promised, and did a great job trimming our trees. Our neighbor even complimented their work on the front tree. The cost was reasonable and they did a nice job tidying up the yard afterwards. I plan to recommend Integrity Tree Services to my real estate clients. Nicely-trimmed trees make such a difference!”

“Our back yard was hit with a microblast. Our big Oak started to fall. We we able to stake it, but based on it leaning towards the house it had to come down. I called and spoke to Tim, he was responsive and had very reasonable price. He was able to squeeze us into his schedule based on the urgency to take it down. He and his crew showed up, took the tree down, did not damage any of the flowers in the tree bed and cleaned it all up. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this company.”

“Highly recommend Integrity Tree Service! Tim and his crew did a great job removing the trees at the fence line of our property. These folks are professional from start to finish. Pricing was competitive, and unlike some companies, they actually cleaned up afterward. Our yard looks better than before they arrived. No mess, no hassle and no worries about storms knocking any branches down. Would absolutely use them again and recommend Tim to anyone needing tree work done right.”

“Integrity Tree Service did an outstanding job on my property. The pruning work was exceptional — clean, precise, and clearly done with real expertise. They also handled several tree removals efficiently and safely, and the cleanup afterward was excellent. Their pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work involved, and the value delivered was truly impressive. Part of the project required coordinating with my next‑door neighbor to access their yard for a large limb removal, and the team handled that communication smoothly and respectfully. They were prompt, fast, and thorough, and they didn’t leave until they confirmed I was 100% satisfied with every detail. Professional, reliable, and genuinely committed to quality. I highly recommend Integrity Tree Service and will absolutely use them again.”

“41 yrs. of being here in Austin, we've had other Tree Service companies. Integrity Tree Service is by far the most outstanding company we've ever worked with. Tim Hayes, the owner, has been in the Tree business since he graduated from high school. One of our tree limbs, (1/3 of our tree), cracked from the storm winds back a couple of weeks ago. Tim and his crew,(Nathaniel, Rolando and Steven), did an amazing job. Honestly, our lawn, sidewalk and driveway were seriously pristine before they left. They are definitely the best in the business and affordable! In this day and age INTEGRITY is hard to come by in a business. Tim and crew are honest, hardworking, and they care about their workmanship. Pictured Left to Right [Steven, Nathaniel, Tim and Rolando]”

“Tim’s crew did an amazing job on my oak tree and knocked it out in 45 minutes. Tim explained the plan and how it was going to benefit my tree’s long term health. Highly recommend this company!”

“Tim and his team did a great job removing my Sycamore tree. Super smooth operation and excellent clean up afterwards. Top notch job at a great price. My highest recommendation!”

“If I could give 6 stars, I would! Tim with Integrity Tree Service was outstanding from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive, proactive about getting us on the schedule, and kept us informed throughout the process. The tree removal and stump grinding were completed quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. The cleanup was excellent, and the finished result exceeded our expectations. On top of the exceptional service, the price was very fair for the quality of work. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest tree service, I highly recommend Tim and Integrity Tree Service. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!”

“Integrity tree services did an amazing job cutting our trees away from our house and removing dead limbs. Tim is reliable and trustworthy. He did a free consultation and then was able to get everything done in the same week. They cleaned all debris and my house looks so much better now. I appreciate Tim and his team! I highly recommend!!”

“We got three bids on big and little jobs on multiple trees. Tim was by FAR the cheapest. But the better part … SUPER easy to work with. Punctual. Flexible .. more work was discovered after some trees cleared. Tim just bid it and did it on the fly. Very professional and courteous. Picked up and chipped every stick before he left. You can’t go wrong with these guys!”

“Tim and his crew are amazing. They were prompt and did an amazing job trimming my pecan trees. What impressed me the most was the clean up when they were finished. My yard was free of all debris. The pricing was very reasonable and I will definitely use them again.”

“Tim, the owner came out the same day I called for a quote. I explained what I wanted done and he offered his quote. I accepted and we set a date for tree removal/stump grind. Tim and his crew showed up a bit before I got home from work and half the tree was already cut and mulched. I was very pleasantly surprised. Tim and his crew were very professional, made quick work of the tree and cleaned up all the debris from street and yard. Tim came back a couple weeks later, as agreed and ground the stump down. Again, he cleaned everything up nicely. This company is highly recommended by me for their professionalism, politeness, punctuality and their great rates, that blew other quotes out of the water. 100 🌟”

“This is a great company. Tim has great prices and the job that he completed at my house was wonderful. He let's you know what he is going to do to the trees and walks you through the process. I'm going to call him back to trim my trees in my backyard too. I would recommend him and his company to anyone”
