Parkers Property Services

Parkers Property Services handles junk removal and debris hauling from their base in Porter at 24032 Ford Rd. The outfit also covers demolition work, dirt and crushed stone supply, excavating, and tree service as listed in their categories. Mr. Parker runs the family operation with crew members including Vince, George, Calvin, and TJ. Their website focuses on clearing residential and commercial clutter through fast hauls that keep things affordable and responsible with waste.

Customers bring them siding scraps from renovations, full storage unit cleanouts, flood damaged carpet and padding, remodel trash and tile, old barn demolition, and material relocation jobs that crews finish without extra charges for added items. Vince handled one siding load the next day to avoid HOA issues. George and Calvin tackled a tough relocation and left storage units swept clean. Other jobs included yard debris from a three bedroom house cleared in under two hours and barn removal with little ground damage.

They answer calls or texts for quotes right away and often reach jobs within an hour or the same day across Porter and nearby spots like New Caney. Crews stick to quoted prices, show up on time or early, and handle the lifting so homeowners stay out of the way. Reviewers note fair costs for the work, good communication, and extra help like taking on rain soaked loads or community extras without added fees.

The listed reviews all rate the service at the top mark and repeat themes of speed, honesty, and repeat use for ongoing needs like remodel debris or flood cleanup. Google lists a five star mark though with no reviews attached there.
