“Gabriel and his team are so great! He tells you what you need, not just a money grab. He doesn’t pressure you. And then when he and his team execute, it is so amazing. They moved some large logs they cut to an area my boys could play on them (after checking with us), left some for firewood AND our trees look amazing. Don’t research anymore. “We have several beautiful mature trees in our yard that are structurally compromised - 50 ft. Monterey Oak, 20 ft. Mount Laurel and a 30 ft, Live Oak. We had several arborists assess their condition and even contracted one who did not properly assess the situation and basically had his crew do some minor trimming. The Bare Nature Tree Surgeons with George Torres and his team were referred to us by Rainbow Gardens. George and Bill both assessed the condition of the trees with the Monterey Oak having serious competing limbs, needing cabling and trimming to balance the limbs that support the tree. The Mount Laurel also needed cabling to support a mature limb that potentially over time would fall over and the Live Oak needed trimming and ball moss removal. They did an EXCELLENT job in every aspect! Cabling, trimming, sealing the cuts, clean up and just plain professional. We have spent thousands of $$ in our lifetime getting our trees maintained in homes we have owned all over the country but have never had such a professional and knowledgeable crew work with us! Congratulations team! We will see you in the fall to clean up our other trees which just need trimming!”

They prepared the area to safely remove the tree by placing plywood over the windows, siding and stained concrete. They easily cut and lowered branches using physics (pulleys). “I used Bare Nature Tree surgons once before, and they did the most excellent job and so when I had a very large tree, that was a difficult removal of a large limb that had hollowed and stretched over the neighboring property roof they were my first thought to call. Even having to work with constraints, such as not being allowed to take off the smaller branches from the house next-door, they are very professional professionally took their time and climbed removing bit by bed, even though it made their day longer. They worked their way down to a huge 2 foot cut that had hollowed and still were very careful to leave the tree with a beautiful canopy and intact. They very carefully cleaned up and left no debris. The entire crew was pleasant, respectful, and very skilled. I would recommend them to anybody and I will definitely use them again. I don’t think there are enough stars to represent the quality work they do.”

“These guys are the best! I knew my tree was sick but had no idea how far gone it was. They came out and made checked it out and confirmed it had to come down. They were so concerned they came back on a Monday and took the huge Red Oak down. I was so impressed with their job and their concern for safety, not only me but my neighbors as well. “Gabriel, the owner, came over and looked at the yard. We discussed in detail what I wanted done to the yard. He pays attention to what you are saying and is very knowledgeable. Later that day I received several estimates from Gabriel for the different projects that I wanted done. I went ahead and gave them the okay to start work and that same Friday him and his crew were out here. He introduced me to Bill and Mason who were the two that would be working on the yard. Both were very professional, well-mannered, polite and hard-working. They answered any questions I had and kept me posted on what they were doing. Gabriel came back later that day to check up on what had been done. It was a two-day project which they started on Friday and finished up on Monday. They did an excellent job. I will definitely be having them come back to do more work down the road. Gabriel is very upfront and honest and his prices are reasonable. They don't just cut trees to cut trees. “I live in the hill country so lots of Live Oaks. Bare Nature was recommended in our local Facebook group so I asked them for a quote. I also asked another more local firm for a quote. Bare Nature was by far the most affordable. Gabriel came out, looked at the trees and made a quote. There were no surprises. He and his team are climbers and they bring their own chipper. They were, quite frankly, excellent. Polite, safety conscious, cleaned up, knowledgeable and they're actual arborists as opposed to amateur hackers. They did not believe in cutting for the sake of cutting. I think if you're in San Antonio or in the Hill Country, these guys would be hard to beat. I know my neighbors were impressed because they started getting requests on site. I'd like to also say that they gave up their own time to help up at Kerrville dealing with downed trees so these guys are not only professionals but they are decent humans.
