“One word, terrible! License arborist what a joke. I still seeing dead branches on my trees. Told me they'll clean everything including the existing logs but now it's extra, didn't even try to remove the vines(in the contract), leave branches on the yard (freshly cut), and leave the gate wide open so that my dog could run out. They apologized but no plans for fixing, and they have the audacity to cash my check, which is considered as fraud. Please check the photos. I would advice anyone who are mistreated file a complaint to AG office(use the tin on your contract) and also to the arborist for violating code of ethics.”

“The crew worked fast, efficient, and was one of the best displays of teamwork I’ve seen in a long time! I had a ton of flowers under one area to be trimmed. They were upfront and honest about possible damages to the plants and did what they could to minimize the impact - which was minimal! There was a bit of discrepancy with the start time but in the end they still finished sooner than I expected. The crew was professional and polite. The mission of the Foundation is also admirable. I only needed one branch cut over an outdoor space and about 3 other tree service companies made it seem like such a huge deal, quoting anywhere from $400 to $700 for the single branch cut. “Exceptional skilled and professional staff! These folks are exceptional! I live in Austin, TX. A very large Arizona Ash died after the February 2021 storm. I called HOW in Oct 2021 for an estimate. They gave me a March 2022 date of service. I put down the deposit and locked it in. They called me before the date and confirmed the service and arrival time. The crew with two trucks and trailers came in and went over the agreed contract with me, checked in with me multiple times, and allowed me to bombard them with questions. The giant ash was between my and my neighbor's yard. It was enormous and these guys strength, knowledge, and skill brought the entire tree down safely. They trimmed my other ash that had not died and gave it a nice healthy crown. This is a great organization with incredibly skilled professionals! I would not hesitate to hire them again.”
