Knot Tree Service

Knot Tree Service takes on tree removal and trimming jobs around Tomball, Texas. Manuel runs the outfit with a small crew and handles cutting down large oaks, sweet gums, and other trees that lean over houses or driveways. They also grind stumps, shape overgrown trees that block views, clear fence lines, and haul away all the cut limbs and debris. Miguel has worked some of the jobs alongside Manuel when extra hands are needed for bigger removals.

Homeowners call when a dead tree tops out and hangs over property or when limbs from a storm-damaged oak rest against a neighbor’s garage. Manuel and the crew drop those trees section by section, grind the stumps clean, and rake the area smooth. Other jobs include trimming back trees that cover an entire front yard or letting sunlight reach the ground after years of heavy shade. In one case the crew took down seven trees plus trimmed two live oaks and left the yard ready for normal use. They also handled a thirty-eight-year-old pecan struck by lightning and finished both the cut and the stump work in two days.

The crew answers calls the same day and comes out for an on-site quote without delay. Pricing stays competitive for the size of the job, and the two-man team works fast enough to finish most trims or removals in a few hours. They arrive on time, keep the work area safe, and always load up every branch and shaving before they leave. Customers in the Tomball area note that the small operation moves quickly from quote to completion and keeps communication direct throughout.

The company carries a five-star rating across forty-five reviews. Reviewers repeatedly mention the clean finish, fair cost, and the way the crew protects nearby structures and shrubs during the cuts. DIRT Score 4.7 from 45 reviews on Finds.

“Knot Tree removed an oak for us Sep 2024. Overall, this service delivered the highest value we have found among several others we had tried. We got exactly what was promised, without any disputing. The stump was ground leaving no trace on the surface.”

“Manuel recently trimmed and pruned a large oak tree in my backyard that had been damaged in the recent storm. He came out the afternoon I called and provided a fair quote. Because a large limb was broken and leaning on my neighbor’s garage, Manuel made it a priority, moved another job, and showed up early the next morning. He worked efficiently and when he was done, the tree looked great and everything was left extremely clean.”
