Otero’s Construction

Otero’s Construction works from Willis, Texas, as a general contractor that covers concrete pours, home remodeling, drywall fixes, painting, landscaping, and tree service. The outfit has operated since 2000 handling concrete and remodel jobs across Texas from the address on FM Road 2432. Diego handles most of the first contacts and site visits for the crew.

Customers describe projects such as patio additions in backyards, driveway extensions with sidewalks, exterior power washing on homes and windows, fan installations, and sheetrock repairs after pipe leaks. Some jobs finished with teams arriving on schedule and completing the concrete work in a few hours while keeping the rest of the yard clean. A few accounts note problems where wet material was not fully removed, textures did not match existing walls, or paint ended up on frames and blinds, requiring follow-up fixes by others. Positive notes focus on sinkhole repairs in front yards and clean results on extended driveways or patio covers.

Diego often stops by the same day to look at the site and give a quote on the spot. Teams show up at the agreed time, even on Friday evenings, and keep the work moving without dragging it out. Reviewers mention fair pricing, clear explanations of what needs to be done, and crews that stay respectful of the property while they work. Service covers the local area around Willis with no long delays reported between the call and the start of the job.

Most feedback gives high marks for the concrete and exterior work, with repeated comments on professional handling by Diego and solid job quality from the crew. On-time arrivals, straightforward communication, and reasonable costs come up often across the accounts. A smaller number of reviews point out mismatches in repairs or extra cleanup left for the homeowner.

“From the very first phone call, Diego was very professional. I gave him a time that works with my hectic schedule and the young man fought traffic and met with me on a Friday evening. When he arrived, we had a productive 30 minute conversation where I pointed out the problems I was having around my property. He walked me through what he would do to address each and every issue. By the end I got the feeling I would be able to trust him to take care of the work around my property. On the day of the project, everything went smoothly. The team showed up right on time and got everything done a few hours later. The whole time they were respectful of my property and worked very effectively and efficiently. My wife and I were happy. We hired the right guy for the job. After the project was done I discussed future outdoor renovation plans I had in mind with him and am looking forward to having him continue to make my house more enjoyable for my family and I. I highly recommend this business and the owners. Best value in town!”

“Otero’s Construction did an amazing job! Loved the way my patio came out. Great customer service”

“I hired them to make repairs to Sheetrock after pipe broke during freeze 2-26. They did not cut out all Sheetrock that was wet and ended up molding. When they textured the walls where they did make repairs it did not match the old and they just sprayed over the blinds and windows. As did they with the paint on the frames of the windows. It took me 3 days to clean up! Plus the paint was the wrong color! Ended up having to hire another contractor to come in and redo half of the work they just done again, plus remove all flooring that they did not even checked! Very disappointed in their service! Good Luck if you hire!”
