RC Security Consulting INC

RC Security Consulting INC works out of Allen, Texas, with Randy running the operation. They supply and install security alarms, fire alarms, access control, CCTV setups, gate entry and gate repair, nurse call systems, VOIP phone systems, sound masking, mobile surveillance trailers, telecom cabling, cell boosters, fire station alerting, and audio video work for homes, schools, facilities, and businesses. The company focuses on low voltage equipment and positions itself as a specialist that handles both new installs and ongoing service calls across those categories.

Customers describe jobs that range from full camera systems to VOIP connections that fix poor cell reception inside windowless offices. One review notes a 16 camera setup that was completed to the owner's satisfaction. Another covers a major department systems install where the team stayed until every piece including software ran correctly. Gate repair and entry work comes up along with alarm monitoring and access control fixes that keep stores and offices running without long downtime. Randy and Billy get named for stepping through each part of the job with the customer and not leaving until the equipment works as expected.

They respond fast, often showing up the same day for repeat commercial accounts like convenience stores. Reviewers point out clear communication during installs, fair pricing for the scope of work, and a willingness to handle follow up on details without extra delays. The service stays local to the Allen area with direct contact through the listed number, and the crew covers both one time repairs and larger multi site projects without pushing unnecessary add ons.

The business carries a 4.8 Google rating even though that platform lists zero reviews. Across other feedback the same points repeat: solid knowledge of cameras and security gear, quick and honest responses, and Randy's hands on approach to keeping systems reliable over multiple jobs. One note flags unsafe driving by company vans on local roads, but the rest highlight professional installs and repeat use for new security needs.

“Teach your employees how to drive safe. Two of your vans are driving like maniacs on 121 and cutting cars off left and right. License plate JBC 2(XX)8 (censored for privacy but can list it if necessary) almost slammed into my car and kept merging into me even when I laid my horn.”

“RC Security recently completed a major systems install for our department. Their workmanship and dedication to customer service are outstanding. Randy has truly built a top notch organization. I highly recommend their services.”

“Very happy with the customer service I received from Randy at RC Consulting. I'm in an office with no windows and get lousy cell phone reception. RC installed a Voip connection through Ethernet and now have a clear connection with a hand held phone. No more going outside in a hot car to make business calls. Thumbs up!!”

“Very good service!! I use them for all our convenience stores. 9 times out of 10 they are there same day. Randy and his team actually know cameras among other things security related, and he has the background and certifications to prove it. I definitely recommend RC Security!”

“Randy and his team made switching over the system very easy and painless. I trust them to do what is needed to keep us safe. We started using them many years ago and each new job is handled just as professionally as the first.”

“There technician named Billy was hands down one of the coolest and most professional people I've had come work on my home. He worked with me through every step of getting the cameras installed and didn't leave until everything (including the software) worked properly. RC if you're reading this I'm dropping you guys if you don't give this man a raise. Thank you so much again, Billy!”

“RC Security is the best company our organization has ever dealt with. Profession and great price for work they did. Randy goes above and beyond.”
