“Kyle was absolutely great fixing an antique brass Candelabra that was purchased for our wedding decor but had a break. Can’t recommend them enough if you have a specialty repair! Just got it home and it looks like it never happened!”

The initial batch of fabricated welded parts was poorly made and appeared rushed, requiring replacement of more than half of the order, which they agreed to do. At that point, we urgently needed the parts to meet a deadline, but communication completely stopped and we were ghosted for weeks. When they finally responded, they cited a COVID-related absence. The replacement parts were an improvement, but still not acceptable overall, and several had to be reworked by another shop. Unfortunately, the delays and quality issues caused significant disruption, and we would not use this shop again.”
